Now they are saying that the transponder was turned off and the plane was sighted hundreds of miles off course. I have suspected from the beginning that this is a hijacking and that they landed somewhere, actually I hope so because then there is a good chance the passengers are alive.

Sadly, in this dark deep political world living in a Gladio world, if this were a hijacking and the passengers were safe, we would have known almost immediately.

This story is somewhat reminiscent of KAL007.

I don't believe for one second that they weren't able to track/locate this plane using military satellites. It defies credulity.

This has the look and feel of a very sophisticated op.

I'm just wondering now if there wasn't an unexpected encounter with a US drone of some kind? And no one wants to say any thing about it. For sure the US has them in the area with the huge bases in Japan/Guam. But what of the debris? What about the satellites? They must have some thing to show. The 2 Iranians with fake passports are intruiging. Apparently no (known) links to any terrorist groups. They could just be ilegal immigrants/drug runners/small time crooks who were very unlucky to choose this flight to get to Europe. The 5 no shows are also very intruiging and we aren't hearing any thing about them. Apparently they had checked in but not boarded. It is one thing to miss your flight because the traffic was too heavy on the way to the airport but quite another to get there check in and not go on the plane. There would be CCTV of these people. And the unanswered phones? What of that? It is all rather strange indeed.

WillyLoman speculates it might be an EMP attack

The latest reports on the investigation into the mysterious disappearance of Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 are now centering on that Malaysian Air Force data that I mentioned in an earlier update that showed the flight turning abruptly back towards Malaysia and remaining in the air for approximately one hour until it disappeared for the last time.

In an even earlier report, I wrote about the possibility of an EMP (electromagnetic pulse) weapon having been used to take out the plane. With the lack of transponder data and any radio communications with the ground, it seemed at the time that the theory may indeed have had some credibility… especially when you consider the fact that various warmongers held a special conference at the CPAC convention to discuss Iranian EMP terrorism just two days before the plane vanished.

Some might conclude that this new revelation would negate my original theory but that would be an incorrect conclusion.
Turns out, this new info might prove me right.

According to experts on CNN, the plane probably suffered some kind of "massive electronic failure" on-board which took out most of their electronic systems including radio, transponders and navigation.

The expert who I just saw live on CNN, said that all of these planes have a shielded back-up energy source, which is designed to provide emergency power for the plane for just such an occasion.

That expert says the back-up source would have lasted "about an hour."

You see, in such an event, the pilots, lacking navigational abilities, would have made the best guess possible to turn the plane and return to land, which explains the flight path.

They would have also dropped their altitude considerably because the oxygen system in the plane would require power.

Had it been an EMP attack as opposed to some other electrical system failure, the pilots would not have been able to reset the radio on the plane no matter how much back-up energy they decided to sacrifice in order to get it up and running. An EMP burst would have fried the radio and transponder and probably most of the phones on the plane. If this assumption is correct, they would have been flying entirely by sight with no way to communicate with anyone outside the aircraft.

Given that scenario, it is unlikely they would have attempted to make it back to a busy airport as they would almost certainly collide with another plane on approach.

Perhaps the pilots attempted a water landing like the one we saw off that beach a couple years ago.

Something is surely being covered up here.

If the plane had exploded in the air or crash-landed then the seismic/thermal effects would have been picked up by satellites. If it had dumped in the sea then it would have been found within a matter of hours.

Either the plane has completely disintegrated or it has been "disappeared", in the same way that some planes involved in 9/11 may have been.

Gulf of Thailand is not so deep. Maybe 50 meters average. Not in the middle of the deep deep Atlantic. Strange they have found no plane debris. No signals or satellite information that we are being told of anyway. Odd.

Can a plane be disintegrated?

A massive explosion could make for some very small bits of plane and contents but there would still be particles of it to fall and not all small either and not all would sink. More likely ripped apart with wide area debris. Another scenario could be an intact plane driven/fallen into water at @ 90 degree angle and disappear whole and intact.
