There is some reason to suspect that 'transcript' is either false or missing things...on the pilot website [now getting into the 8000 posts just on this one thread!] there is in the last 15 pages or so pilots who pointed out things others [non-pilots] wouldn't find 'wrong or missing' from the transcript. Also, how did a London tabloid get it exclusive?!....it may be a planted story...careful.

"The transcript is invalid and inaccurate. I have to inform that the transcript between the tower and the aircraft is not accurate," stressed the Department of Civil Aviation Director-General Datuk Azharuddin Abdul Rahman.

He rebutted the transcript which was published today by a foreign media 'The Telegraph' during the daily media briefing on the search and rescue operation for the unfortunate aircraft that entered day-15, at a hotel here, today.

Also present were Acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein and MAS Chief Executive Officer Ahmad Jauhari Yahya.

When asked to explain further which part of the transcript was not accurate, Azharuddin refused to comment, adding that: "The transcript by standard procedure cannot be publicly released."

The Telegraph in its exclusive report entitled 'Revealed: the final 54 minutes of communication from MH370' published the cockpit communication from its taxi on the runway to its final message at 1.19am of 'all right, good
night'.

The transcript allegedly between the co-pilot Fariq Abdul Hamid and ATC started at 00.25 with general instructions from the control tower to the pilots.

The detailed conversation began at 00.36.

Earlier Hishammuddin said that the original transcript of the conversation between MH370 and ATC had been handed to the investigation team, where it was being analysed.

"As a standard practice in investigation of this sort, the transcript cannot be publicly released at this stage. I can however confirm that the transcript does not indicate anything abnormal," he said.

The issue on the lithium-ion battery which was carried in the cargo area of the aircraft MH370 was again raised by the media today, but Ahmad Jauhari had explained in detail on the matter at the media conference yesterday, besides issuing an official statement.

"The battery as cargo is not dangerous. Actually it (the battery) is not dangerous as long as it is handled according to the guidelines specified by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA)," he said.

MAS Flight MH370, carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew, went missing en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing about an hour after taking off from the KL International Airport at 12.41 am on March 8. It should have landed in Beijing at 6.30 am on the same day.

The fate of the passengers is unknown as the multi-national search for the aircraft has drawn a blank so far.[/TD]

The Telegraph in the UK claims to have gotten it first...strange in and of itself....and then the pilots noticed some standard things missing. However, it was translated twice [From English to Mandarin and back to English], so while it could be poorly translated, the missing normal data exchanged between ground and pilot is very very strange..... I think it shouldn't be assumed as real - until proven to be [release the voice recording]. The Malay authorities have said neither if was or it was not, yet. More and more it looks as if false leads are being input as much as real ones....or perhaps even m ore false ones than real ones. The slowness of the authorities to react and explain is, at best, alarming - at worst, suspicious. Who is to blame is truly a mystery at this point. IF the floating debris is not the plane, then many nations are spending millions of dollar [or more] for nothing on a search...when someone likely knows exactly where the plane went.

Regarding the Payne Stewart crash, the NTSB concluded that there was a sudden depressurization of unknown origin causing the crew and passengers to quickly lose consciousness.

It was heading almost straight for Diego Garcia [highly secret US Military base - rented from the UK, who 'own' the island, having taken it by force and removed all the native citizens - as they didn't have clearances for the nasty business going on there]. The pilot had Diego Garcia's airfield on his home flight simulator. If the plane went there, then the UK and USA were involved, and they won't let on as to what happened or why. Just one of many strange possible scenarios. In most scenarios, the passengers were certainly lost - in a few they might be hostages. I don't expect clarification on this for months or years.......

It is indeed quite the puzzle, and difficult for us because there is one thing of which I'm certain; we are not being given all the pieces.

One broad scenario that seems to fit is a criminal or deep event gone awry .

Could also be that the event played out exactly as planned, or is still playing out exactly as planned. This could be an event designed to set the stage for future events, or test the waters, so to speak; a 'proof of concept', if you will.

It's interesting for sure, especially as it may shed light on 9/11, but I'm not holding my breath

UPDATE @ Ken Garretson. At Professional Pilots Rumors, there are still plenty of attempts fitting all the data to some fire catastrophe. I think they are not very likely, but then I am not a pilot either.

Boeing is not staffed by dummies. 777 cockpits don't just flash-over with fire. They're designed not to. People who suggest it was fire have to explain why they turned the ACARS system off long before the pilot casually said "All right, good night"?

Could the plane have taken over via remote control ? If I remember correctly Mr. Hastings car was rumored to have been taken in such a manner and caused his car to explode killing the young journalist.

I've already made several posts on this thread and others on 911 threads about remote control of airplanes from outside [no one on the plane - pilot or otherwise could regain control]. Planes can also be flown without anyone on board - or shut out the pilot and co-pilot from control. This is well known to 911 researchers, but of course the governments, airline companies and plane makers aren't talking about it....for many reasons.

I'm sorry about not mentioning your posts on remote control. I guess that I'm so mad at the U.S. media and goes on & on about the missing plane with a panel of "experts" who never bring up this possabilty the my mind went blank while I was posting about the posts here. I didn't me to offend, but recent U.S, coverage and this and the Ukraine has just been so awful that I had become to narrowly focused. Again, I'm sorry and thank you for yours posts on this subject.
