Googles Loses Privacy Ruling

Google lost a privacy lawsuit where the complainant argued he had a right for old debt records to not be perpetually linked to him online.

This is an important ruling since it will most likely be taken advantage of by "Corporations are people" government advantage takers hiding government or private wrong-doing:
