I notice this book is published in May, 2014 by the European Council on Foreign Relations. This sucker really got cranked out in a hurry. Something is fishy. Every once in a while, the sentence "The fix is in" runs through my mind. Hmmmm.

Hush Lauren and be scared instead, or you'll upset Uncle's plans to blame Russia for dancing the pivot - namely what they, themselves, are trying to do.

Let's not forget that during the cold war Russia was a very, very naughty nation indeed, because it was going to invade western Europe and take over the world - and make us eat horrible, evil borscht with beets as our daily diet -- but now beetroot is top of the fashion taste in the culinary cubbyholes of the west and you pay a fortune for it ( and it still tastes as shitty as it ever did).

To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.

"The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it." Karl Marx

"He would, wouldn't he?" Mandy Rice-Davies. When asked in court whether she knew that Lord Astor had denied having sex with her.

“I think it would be a good idea” Ghandi, when asked about Western Civilisation.

Gordon Ramsey wants to know information like this for his next great 3 Michelin star dish:

Fricasse of Chretien Enfant Printemps
Served on a bed of beetroot soil with pan fried sweetbreads, jellied mint and a jus of burnt African huevos des toro.
