looking for the rfk ass book an open and shut case by Dr Robert Boling. and va praag ...cant find it anywhere ..hmm looks like somebody bought all the copies HMMM sounds suspicious

Boling's book was never released. I doubt it was 'suppressed' as the authors could have published it on Createspace by now if they wanted to. A shame.

But ctka has a review of ot on their site so there must a some copies

Lisa Pease received an advance review copy. In this case, her review was written in 'advance' of a publication and release that never occurred.
