[B]A "trusted source" close to the Saudi Lebanese multi-billionaire and former Lebanese P.M. If the following report from Aangirfan is true (and who really knows as no supporting evidence is provided?) then al-Baghdadi the Caliph of the Islamic State is a.k.a., Simon Elliot a.k.a. Israeli Shimon Ayloot, someone Aangirfan says is a Mossad agent (again without corroboration):

THE REAL LEADER OF ISIS

Anonymous writes about Al Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS:

People need to understand that when you mention this name, you are actually talking about two different persons:

1. The real previously existing Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi, born Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim al-Badri

2. An Israeli Mossad officer, Shimon Elliot / Sham'oun Ayloot

The original

1. The real Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi was originally Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim al-Badri.

He was said to be born in Samuraa in Iraq year in 1971.

The Iraqi Ministry of Interior Affairs says that the name "Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim al-Badri" was registered in 1973 in Fallujah.

Until 2003 he was still living in a small room near the local mosque in Tobchi.

He obtained a diploma in Islamic studies from the University of Baghdad and started leading prayers and preaching in 2 or 3 different small mosques.

In 2004 he was arrested in Fallujah, by the American forces in Iraq, for the crime of leading small militia groups and being involved in illegal jihadist activities.

He was held at Camp Bucca under the name Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim al-Badry.

The media related that, in December 2004, the so called "Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi was released".

We found that "Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim al-Badry" entered the USA via St. Francisco airport.

(Info from the server of the airport on IP: 54.225.183.108. We can't be sure of the exact date of his arrival because the date settings were manipulated on the server)

And there, he just disappeared.

The Mossad agent.

2. Shimon Elliot / Sham'oun Ayloot

Shimon Elliot joined al Qaeda under the nickname Abu Duaa' (or Abu Du'a).

He became friends with with Ayman al Zawahiri.

Shimon Elliot married Saja al-Duleimi "who was captured in Lebanon along with her daughter."

In 2010, Shimon Elliot created the so-called "al Qaeda in Iraq", whose members became more loyal to him than loyal to the al Qaeda itself.

In 2013, Shimon Elliot claimed that he is the Caliph and he called himself Al Baghdadi (Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi al Quraishi)

Sometime between June and July 2014, he secretly visited the city of Arsal in North East Lebanon.

With his approximately 300 militants he waged a battle against the Lebanese military.

Eventually they retreated back to the Syrian borders, then moved to Turkey and then back to Iraq.

Today he is suspected of living in Mosul in Iraq.

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.

Militant Islam comes an' goes an' lingers in the background, historically. ISIL're just an opportunist extension of that background noise; Afghan Mujahideen > AQ > ISIL/Bokoloons/Al Shabby etc. - this latest incarnation is a response to largely Western created power vacuums & national corruptions. Cynical, partisan, inorganic interventions in fractured, inorganic 'nations' are (almost) always going to end badly without genuine law, equality and alturism for all. I don't buy the western pawns bit at all, it's just sheer bloody incompetance and militarist/Neocon/unfettered capitalist opportunism, and if you destroy a nation, you make your own relatively stronger. We live in a world -'our' part of which- is pretty safe, but have you seen the news recently? Scary stuff - "ISIL, a threat to world civilization", and said with a straight face too. >wibble<

I need to read-up on Eisenhower's concerns over the military-industrial-(congressional) complex, I'm pretty sure he was onto something, proto-Lockheed maybe.
Martin Luther King - "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."
Albert Camus - "The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion".
Douglas MacArthur — "Whoever said the pen is mightier than the sword obviously never encountered automatic weapons."
Albert Camus - "Nothing is more despicable than respect based on fear."

Interesting side (?) note here: I'm reading "Cobra II" which is apparently a "definitive" account of the war in Iraq, written by a military journalist and a retired general. An alternative title (from my reading so far) might be "How Rumsfeld screwed up the war."

It seems that arming insurgents in Iraq to assist the Army's invasion was part of the original plan sketched out by our PNAC buddy Wolfowitz. However, the Army and the CIA didn't like the idea, so it was shelved as a part of the master plan. I wonder if someone else actually did arm some Iraqi insurgents, and if in fact that has anything at all to do with ISIS.
"All that is necessary for tyranny to succeed is for good men to do nothing." (unknown)

James Tracy: "There is sometimes an undue amount of paranoia among some conspiracy researchers that can contribute to flawed observations and analysis."

Gary Cornwell (Dept. Chief Counsel HSCA): "A fact merely marks the point at which we have agreed to let investigation cease."

Alan Ford: "Just because you believe it, that doesn't make it so."
