"There are three sorts of conspiracy: by the people who complain, by the people who write, by the people who take action. There is nothing to fear from the first group, the two others are more dangerous; but the police have to be part of all three,"

I understand that the cheaper provider of future Beeb weather will be buying their weather forecasts directly from the Met Office anyway. Ergo, the qualified meteorologists used by the Met Office as Beeb weather presenters currently will get the chop and be replaced by ordinary unqualified presenters. The savings will largely go into the profit line of the new Beeb provider. Such is today's ethic of privitization and economic imperative.

My suspicion is that we will need to check out the ownership/directorship of the yet to be chosen new provider just to see if present or past Beeb senior staff (or family) are coincidentally tangled up with them. Otherwise, look at the same ownership to see if members or family of members of the current government are involved.

Yours suspiciously,

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
