ISIS: Terror In America
#51
I'm old enough to remember a time when the police would often surround or trap violent perpetrators and there would ensue long negotiations. Usually they got to arrest the persons involved, occasionally they would take their own lives. Now, the Police and authorities only kill (or overkill) anyone they suspect, have been told to suspect, or is the designated patsy. Now, once the Police or even one police officer at the scene thinks you are 'the bad guy', you are as good as dead....no matter how innocent you are.

5'5 and 125lbs She's tiny.

And in the only pic I've seen of her dead, she is face down in the road, she is wearing shorts, no body armour, no weapon (that I can see) no tactical vest, no pipe bomb (that I can see anyway). And yet the cops hand-cuff her. Really.

Being an old dodery guy with a barely functioining brain, can someone kindly explain how it goes...

And here:

You're surrounded! Come out with your hands up!

To here:

Because Tracy is right in his earlier post, if they were suicidal jihadists ready to die, why didn't they just stay in the building and shoot it out there? Why flee, get surrounded by overwhelming force and.... well, what? Die in a hail of gunfire?

And the old guy has another question. How could the Sheriff and his posse know they had the right perps in the vehicle before opening fire?

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.

Out of interest any members here who have seen continuous footage, or a continuous series of photo's of the shootout between police and the two apparent terrorists? I've looked at all those seemingly available on Google, and there are no images prior to the stopped vehicle full of rounds, and there seem to be only a few showing the bodies of the perps on the ground - but non in between showing the perps being dragged out of the car or how the tarpaulin full of weapons and ammo etc., being dragged from the car and laid out across the road. For me, the media helicopter (I guess that's what it was?) didn't stop filming for one second, so it's being judicious about what pics it publishes, and I wonder why.

In the after scene picture above where everything is laid out across the road and tagged with yellow police crime scene flags looks contrived doesn't it? There is debris everywhere in shot. But the two must already be well and truly dead inside the vehicle and so they're not responsible for tossing all that stuff on the road? And if one weren't following the plot carefully, the post action crime scene pics looks like a firefight occurred outside the car not inside it.

Is it police procedure these days to completely and utterly destroy the existing crime scene (inside the car) establish another after the event crime scene across the road, but have not one picture of this occurring..... but to then "allow" pics of the finished setting to be made public? I call this scene dressing. Maybe I'm wrong?

I can imagine that the cops might have ripped off her outer clothing to check for any bombs she could have strapped to her body. There does appear to be some remnants of black clothing around her.

Possibly.

I'm curious why there are no photo's of the stopped vehicle prior to the cops pulling the triggers, nor any while the bodies were hauled out of the car, all the debris scattered everywhere (as if there was a gun battle outside the car). It's as though big, important, chunks of the visual narrative have been suppressed.

The Daily Mail, right-wing tabloid though it is, always has a lot of photographs that don't show up much in the US press.

I notice that the mother's driver's license expired back in 2009. The father, who had separated from the mother, is helpfully feeding the story about his son's radicalism. Another article shows a picture of Syed lying dead on the pavement, hands cuffed behind him.

An example of how misleading Wikipedia is:

"Witnesses said they recognized Farook as one of the shooters by his voice and build.[SUP][23]"

[/SUP]Follow the footnote, and we get this: "A source tells Dina [NPR reporter] that witnesses appeared to recognize his voice and build even though he was wearing a ski mask. "

That's it. An anonymous (probably law-enforcement) source citing unnamed witnesses.

They're crazy & blood-thirsty for sure; the level of psychological sadism is quite insane, and the pain has been enough to drop me like water. They paint you as everything bad, then they take it as read. A system of read 'n' feed mind 'control' (cognitive read, audio & visual) thru' the mobile 'phone network, to kill with insane cruelty and to literally drive insane, people who quite literally have done nothing is really a matter of profound psycho-pathological insanity. Hard to convey. They're eager for it, and doubtless it & they, need the practice. I don't get much 'incoming' these days; the pro-cess to disintegrate my mind with their bullshit isn't going to work, now that I'm in full reactance and have kept my feet on terra firma (as opposed to their endless 'space/zero gravity/the moon/universe/galaxy'-bollocks), just the clickings and neuralgic pain pulses and aches and heart arrythmias whenever I read or hear "diemuthafuckerdie". I woke-up this morning to a sudden surge of 'tinnitus' very focused at the centre-middle-right side of my head, as usual, shortly followed by a nuralgic aching pain, and a mic auditory clicking to the BBC's text report on a Polish rapist. Very standard fare. First apparent siren apophenic reference in a fortnight (they seem embarrassed) last night, 8:41pm, to Otis Taylors' Buy Myself Some Freedom, at precisely "have mercy on me"; the shitehound language of diahorrea works it that that was a plea; Fuck 'em. Helluva thing. They're megalo-ego-maniacs; it wasn't supposed to be like this - not mad, not dead, and I know what and more-or-less how, they're doing it. Embarrassing. Dangerous.

Of all the many strange aspects to this 'case', IMO the weirdest [perhaps] is letting the media rummage through their home with evidence lying around and media persons even helping themselves to items as souvenirs and disturbing an active crime scene. Hard to believe, really. Can't be a mistake, even if there is the claim that the landlord let them in...why were the police letting anyone in?!...even the landlord - and only about 48 hours after the shootout. This one was scripted by the same team that scripted the Batman shooting.
