Well, this series concluded yesterday and followed the **SPOILER ALERT*** Moldea line of "look at all this evidence of Sirhan's innocence but he still did it anyway". A disappointing end.

Yes very much a dissapointing ending. I am going to try not to go on too long, but lets look at the explanation on how Sirhan's gun supposedly got to within inches of the back of RFK's neck without anyone seeing that happen. Moldea, and the producer of the RFK tapes, seem to accept the idea that the chaos produced by the first shot tends to eliminate the significance of all the witnesses in a kind of magical sweep of the hand.. The German guy, who claims to have grabbed Sirhan's gun after the second shot,is proclaimed to be unreliable. It seems very clear that several people are wrestling with Sirhan's gun relatively early in the process, and that most of his shots occcur after others have grabbed the gun. It seems virtually impossible that those who grabbed the gun would not witness the gun nearing within inches of RFK's neck, or those watching the struggle would have missed this.
Also the RFK tapes fail to mention that a reliable witness claims he saw Thane Eugene Cesar fire 3 bullets into the back of RFK's head.

More shots were fired than could have been in Sirhans gun. He also was on the wrong side and too far away. Case closed....or rather open! There is tons of other evidence, but what I've mentioned is enough to put the official version in its grave where it belongs. The investigation by the LAPD and others was infiltrated from top to bottom by spooks who were involved in the hit or working in alliance with those who were to cover-up the Truth with a false-flag lie.
