Second and Third Accusers against Kavanaugh come forward!

Sadly I predict he will be confirmed.

He also helped cover up the murder of Vince Foster.

The Supreme Court situation is getting worse. We might now have not one, but two known sexual delinquents on the Court, deciding (among other things) women's issues. Apparently, the crime committed by Kavanaugh is not barred by the statute of limitations and that if justice were done, even though 36 years have passed, he would be facing years in jail.

HOW CAN HE BE SITTING IN JUDGMENT OF OTHERS?

After watching the Kavanaugh hearing, it is clear (that as I have posted before), he is crooked as they get.

The shocking thing to me is that (1) CNN is rabidly anti-Trump but tonight they have been rabidly pro-Kavanaugh. The Yale Skull and Bones crowd is strengthening their death grip around all of our throats.

And that includes the throat of "fair-trader" Donald Trump.

Aside from the multiple attempted and actual rape or gang-rape accusations [which I find credible at this point], Kavanaugh PROVED himself UNFIT by temperament, lack of even-handedness, and political partisanship to serve on ANY court - much less the Supreme Court. Should he land there, I fear for any progressive person or group, especially any woman or minority, non-privileged member of society [and he feels entitled to be a part of] when they come before the Court and him. If put on the Court, he must be impeached. The Republicans on the Judiciary Committee were shameful and disgusting except for Flake. I found Kavanaugh acting guilty in his testimony and was playing to one person - Trump...and dangerous alliance never meant to exist between the Executive and the Judiciary. Throw the bum out!

Absent from Thursday's hearing were Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnik, two women who recently came forward with their own stories of sexual assault or misconduct allegedly perpetrated by Brett Kavanaugh.
Ramirez has claimed Kavanaugh thrust his penis in her face during a party in college, when the two were students at Yale. Swetnick, in a sworn affidavit this week, claimed Kavanaugh was present at a party in high school where she was allegedly drugged and gang-raped. She did not directly implicate Kavanaugh in the assault but claimed he was part of a group of boys who would allegedly drug female classmates or spike their drinks before attacking them.
Mark Judge, a man both Swetnik and Ford have said was in attendance the day of their assaults, was also noticeably absent. Despite suggestions that Judge be subpoenaed to give his own testimony of the alleged assaults the Senate Judiciary Committee has so far declined to do so.
A confirmation vote for Kavanaugh is scheduled for Friday.

Julie Swetnick, the woman accusing federal Judge Brett Kavanaugh of facilitating gang rapes while in high school, said in a new interview released Thursday: "I don't think he belongs on the Supreme Court."
At the same time, Swetnick's attorney, Michael Avenatti, said she is again demanding the chance to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. That committee on Thursday is hearing testimony from Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, 51, who accuses him of sexual assault in the early 1980s.
"Brett Kavanaugh is going for a seat, where he's going to have that seat on the Supreme Court for the rest of his life, and if he's going to have that seat legitimately, all of these things should be investigated," Swetnick said in the interview with Showtime's "The Circus," a clip of which aired on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" show.

"Because from what I experienced firsthand, I don't think he belongs on the Supreme Court," the 55-year-old Washington resident said.
"I just want the facts to come out and I want it to be just, and I want the American people to have those facts and judge themselves."

Swetnick's interview came after Avenatti on Wednesday released a bombshell affidavit from her in which she described attending multiple parties in suburban Maryland in the early 1980s, when Kavanaugh was a student at the all-boys Georgetown Prep high school.
Swetnick claims that she saw Kavanaugh and his close friend Mark Judge line up with other boys to rape girls after they had become inebriated and disoriented after consuming drinks spiked with grain alcohol or drugs.

She also alleged that in around 1982: "I became the victim of one of these 'gang' or 'train' rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present."
Kavanaugh, 53, and Judge both deny Swetnick's claim. Kavanaugh has denied attacking anyone, including Ford. Judge has said he has no memory of the incident described by Ford.
Asked during the interview why it had taken until the day before the hearing with Kavanaugh and Ford for her story to be made public, Swetnick said, "It wasn't that I wanted to come out one day before the hearings."
"It's just that circumstances brought it out that way," she said. "This is something that occurred a long time ago, and it's not that I just thought about it."
"It's been on my mind ever since the occurrences," Swetnick said.

U.S. Supreme Court nominee judge Brett Kavanaugh testifies during his Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing on Capitol Hill in Washington, September 5, 2018.

Asked why specifically she thought Kavanaugh was unsuitable to be a Supreme Court justice, Swetnick said, "I think all of the above," referring to her affidavit's allegations.
'I mean, that's not the kind of behavior that anybody, at any age, should do," she said. "I mean, I don't think women should be treated that way. I don't think any human being should treat people that way."

Politico reported Wednesday that Swetnick was once the subject of a restraining order filed by an ex-boyfriend in 2001. That restraining order was dismissed within two weeks.
The man, Richard Vinneccy, told Politico that Swetnick had threatened him after their relationship ended, and after he married another woman.
"She was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time," Vinneccy said. "She's not credible at all."
Avenatti told Politico he had not known of the restraining order, and said questions about it were not relevant.
"Complete nonsense. No truth to this at all. Her ex-boyfriend fraudulently used her resume to apply for and obtain jobs and was caught by her," Avenatti said. "Why are you all attacking a sexual assault victim? Would that be appropriate in a court of law?"

The American Bar Association late Thursday called on the Senate Judiciary Committee to delay a confirmation vote on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh until an FBI investigation can be completed into several claims of sexual misconduct.

"We make this request because of the ABA's respect for the rule of law and due process under law," reads the letter, a copy of which was obtained by HuffPost. "The basic principles that underscore the Senate's constitutional duty of advice and consent on federal judicial nominees require nothing less than a careful examination of the accusations and facts by the FBI."

The move is extraordinary in that the ABA gave Kavanaugh a unanimous "well-qualified" rating for the Supreme Court nomination, and the federal judge has boasted that he was "thoroughly vetted" by the lawyers' group.

The letter, signed by ABA President Robert Carlson, came just hours after Kavanaugh testified before the judiciary panel in light of recent allegations that he sexually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford at a gathering when they were both teenagers in the 1980s. Blasey, who also spoke on Thursday, claimed that a young Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, attempted to take off her clothes and put his hand over her mouth to the point that she thought he was "accidentally going to kill" her.

Kavanaugh has vehemently denied the allegation, telling lawmakers on Thursday that the claim, alongside those of two other women, were "a calculated and orchestrated political hit fueled with apparent pent-up anger about President Trump and the 2016 election."

TOM WILLIAMS/POOL VIA REUTERSChristine Blasey Ford gave emotional but restrained testimony in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday.
Republican members of the judiciary commitee said they still planned to move forward with a vote on Kavanaugh's confirmation Friday morning. After the tally, the nomination will move to a procedural vote in the full Senate on Saturday, although it's unclear if the judge has the 50 votes needed to open debate on his confirmation on the chamber floor.

The ABA signaled in its letter that the nomination process was being rushed through without an appropriate investigation, effectively siding with Democrats who have called for the Justice Department to look into Blasey's claims.

"Each appointment to our nation's Highest Court (as with all others) is simply too important to rush to a vote," the letter, shown above, says. "Deciding to proceed without conducting additional investigation would not only have a lasting impact on the Senate's reputation, but it will also negatively affect the great trust necessary for the American people to have in the Supreme Court."

WASHINGTON, DC - SEPTEMBER 27: U.S. SUPREME COURT NOMINEE BRETT KAVANAUGH TESTIFIES BEFORE THE SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE AT THE DIRKSEN SENATE OFFICE BUILDING ON CAPITOL HILL SEPTEMBER 27, 2018 IN WASHINGTON, DC. CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD, A PROFESSOR AT PALO ALTO UNIVERSITY AND A RESEARCH PSYCHOLOGIST AT THE STANFORD UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE, HAS ACCUSED KAVANAUGH OF SEXUALLY ASSAULTING HER DURING A PARTY IN 1982 WHEN THEY WERE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN SUBURBAN MARYLAND. (PHOTO BY ANDREW HARNIK-POOL/GETTY IMAGES)Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's defiant, and at times angry, tone during his opening remarks before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday drew widespread criticism online.
The nominee who was testifying over his alleged assault of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford when the two were in high school began his testimony by abandoning his prepared remarks in order to attack the hearing, which he called a "disgrace," and accusing Democrats of "grotesque and coordinated character assassination."
"This first allegation was held in secret for weeks by a Democratic member of this committee and by staff," Kavanaugh said, with anger apparent in his voice. "It would be needed only if you couldn't take me out on the merits. When it was needed, this allegation was unleashed and publicly deployed over Dr. Ford's wishes."
The tone of Kavanaugh's opening remarks was especially jarring when placed alongside the soft-spoken and measured testimony Ford offered just an hour earlier, and it drew stunned comments online.

Supreme Court justices have traditionally maintained a studied distance from partisan politics, and many observers were especially alarmed when Kavanaugh appeared to lash out at Democrats for what he called "pent-up anger about President [Donald] Trump and the 2016 election, fear that has been unfairly stoked about my judicial record, revenge on behalf of the Clintons, and millions of dollars in money from outside left-wing opposition groups."
"This is a circus," Kavanaugh said at one point, his voice rising to a pitch. "The consequences will extend long past my nomination. The consequences will be with us for decades. This grotesque and coordinated character assassination will dissuade confident and good people of all political persuasions from serving our country and as we all know in the political system of the United States in the early 2000s, what goes around comes around."
That last line struck many as a veiled thread of political retaliation and caused some to question whether Kavanaugh will be able to maintain his independence if confirmed.

Republicans are perpetrating a Kavanaugh coverup. This Democratic senator called them on it.

One entry in the judge's calendar is particularly incriminating, but Republicans are refusing to investigate.

Speaking during a Senate Judiciary Committee meeting on Friday, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) pointed out one specific way in which an FBI investigation could get to the bottom of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford's sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Republicans continue to claim without evidence that an FBI investigation wouldn't tell the committee anything the members don't already know.
As Republicans rush to confirm Kavanaugh without first properly investigating serious assault or misconduct claims made by Ford and two other women, Whitehouse noted that an entry in Kavanaugh's calendar, which he himself submitted for public scrutiny, corroborates key details from Ford's account of being assaulted 36 years ago.
"Dr. Ford said that Kavanaugh and Judge, and PJ, and at least one other boy were all at a house. Well, we know Kavanaugh was there because it's his schedule, and here's Judge and here's PJ," Whitehouse began, circling handwritten names on the calendar's entry for a specific date. "Here are all those three named boys and others at a house together just as she said. She said Kavanaugh and Judge were drunk, and that she had a beer. Skis' is brewskis. Beer. They were drinking, just as she said."

At Kavanaugh hearings, everyone wanted to talk about Mark Judge, but no one wanted to hear from him

Senate Republicans refuse to compel testimony from the one witness who could clear Brett Kavanaugh's name.

"Now I will concede that the two girls aren't mentioned, but spot me this if you just sexually assaulted one of the two girls, would you add their names to your calendar? I doubt it," he continued. "This may may be powerful corroborating evidence that the assault happened, that it happened that day, and that it happened in that place. But with no FBI investigation, we can't tell."

Whitehouse points out that an entry in Kavanaugh's diary is eerily consistent with Ford's recollection of the party she was assaulted at.

At another point during his testimony on Friday, Whitehouse said he doesn't buy Kavanaugh's innocent explanations for suspicious terms he used in his calendar and yearbook.
"I don't believe boof' is flatulence, I don't believe a devil's triangle' is a drinking game, and I don't believe calling yourself a girl's alumnus' is being her friend," he said.
On Thursday, Kavanaugh repeatedly refused requests from Democratic members of the committee to request an FBI investigation into allegations he claims are false.
