How should the DPF commemorate our one-year anniversary?

Yes, happy birthday to us. Love the new pic, Myra, or Madga. ( I never know who is responsible for these cool additions)
Noticed that we had MANY guests a bit ago... a good way to spend our first birthday, entertaining new visitors. Well not exactly "entertaining", hosting..
I must say, the year sped by.
Comes with age, I hear.

Is there a larger (or enlargeable) version of that new birthday banner pic?
There's detail there reminiscent of other iconic imagery.

Here's the original photo Ed.
It's quite dark. I lighted President Kennedy for the banner.

Thanks. I can see more clearly now ... (since I read Deep Politics Forum more frequently).

Well, Congratulations to all who have worked to create and maintain this great and growing site!. It is one of the few oases on the internet where one can find and discuss some intelligent, sane analyses of important political/social/environmental/other issues without being attacked by the 'Borg' - with nice touches of black humor sometimes thrown in [in order to maintain our sanity]. Bravo and Brava! May it grow and flower in the future. :dancing:
