If the planet were not treated a a no cost rubbish disposal system and there was a fraction of the money spent on wars as there was spent on providing access to clean water to everyone then there would be no 'killer water'.

Not alarmist rhetoric but the timing is for 'World Water Day' as an opportunity to raise the matter.
