Westminster paedophile ring: Top Tory MP 'murdered girl at vile orgy' claims new witness

The new witness has told police a FOURTH youngster - this time a girl of 15 - may have been murdered by a VIP abuse ring which included politicians and a TV comedy star

Sunday Mirror[Image: MAIN-Dolphin-Square.jpg]
A victim of a VIP paedophile ring believes a girl of 15 was killed at a vile orgy.
The new witness has told police he watched the teenager being taken into a *terrifying "medical room" by a senior Tory MP and never saw her again.
The sickening events are said to have taken place at London's notorious Dolphin Square flats in the 1990s, the Sunday People can reveal.
He fears the teenager may have been killed by a brutal sadist acting out his horrific fantasies.
It would make her the fourth reported murder victim of a Westminster-based pervert ring, some of them household names.
The witness told the investigative website Exaro that he was himself abused while in his teens by prominent politicians and a famous comedian at the now notorious Dolphin Square complex in central London.
We are calling the man Darren, *although that is not his real name *because he lives in hiding, fearing for his own life. He is the third alleged victim of the gang to come forward.
Darren told us: "I would never have gone to those parties willingly. It was fear that led me to Dolphin Square."
Sunday Mirror[Image: Dolphin-Square-in-South-West-London.jpg]
Horrors: Dolphin Square in LondonRecalling the night in 1993 he *believes a girl died, he said: "I *witnessed a senior Tory politician go into the medical room with a girl who I know was 15.
"This was a bedroom containing a hospital-type bed with shackles, gimp masks and a tiled, washable floor.
"She was 15 and in care. I didn't know her name but had been bumping into her for years at paedophile parties. I had been trafficked for sex since I was a young boy, initially by my father.
"She had a smashing smile and wore braces on her teeth.
"I never saw her leave that room, in fact I never saw her again. I fear she may have been killed."
Darren has identified the exact apartment in the luxury Dolphin Square complex where he claims abuse parties were held while he was a teenager.
He says he was taken to up to 20 orgies, which were *attended by around 30 VIPs, and has described ordeals *including beatings with a cane to Scotland Yard detectives investigating a string of historic sex abuse claims.
[Image: Dolphin-square-Paedophile-investigation.jpg]Victim: Darren was used by VIPsA former Tory cabinet minister *already named to police by another alleged abuse victim, a Labour minister, and the famous TV comedy actor are among well-known faces he says were at Dolphin Square in the 1990s.
Darren claims he was driven to sex parties by the notorious paedophile Peter Righton, a former government adviser who had been recently fined for having indecent images of boys.
Righton would collect Darren and other boys from children's homes in Suffolk and drive them to London in a luxury car, complete with leather seats and electric windows.
At Dolphin Square they would go to a four-bedroom serviced flat that had been rented out.
He recalled: "Guests would be standing around, chatting and drinking. There would be women there but they would leave before any sex took place.
"The attitude seemed to be that they would leave early so the boys could have their fun."
Darren said that there were "very powerful" people at the gatherings. He went on: "They stood out a mile. I saw a former Labour minister at one party.
"They were very protective of their jackets. I think they were worried the boys would steal their wallets."
[Image: RAGOUT-Sunday-People-02-11-2014-PAGES-8-9.jpg]Leading the way: The Sunday People has broken the story of the police inquiryDarren claimed violation and *humiliation inflicted on youngsters at Dolphin Square *became a familiar routine to him.
He said: "This Tory *cabinet minister always insisted I should be presented to him with ladies' underwear on beneath my clothes.
"The game he liked to play was that he would pretend he had spotted that I was wearing the lingerie.
"He would tell me I was a naughty boy for turning him on and take me into a bedroom and punish me.
"I was spanked with a bamboo cane that he brought with him, which was painful. I was then sexually abused.
"He liked boys to dress up in lacy women's underwear. He would make a game of it.
"The minister would be accompanied by a minder who stayed outside while I was abused."
The Dolphin Square apartment had three rooms *specially fitted out and decorated to cater for the tastes of party guests, Darren said.
He claimed the spanking ex-minister preferred a *bedroom known as the "leopard room" because it had a leopard skin rug.
Another was known as the "gay room" because it was "flowery and *effeminate".
Darren claimed that in this room he was forced to give oral sex to the famous comedian. He said: "At first he was an interested spectator at the parties but then decided to take part.
"He was much kinder and more considerate than the others but it was still unpleasant."
The worst of the three rooms was the so-called "medical room".
PA[Image: Peter-Righton.jpg]
Delivery: Peter Righton trafficked Darren to abuse 'parties'Darren said: "This was the bedroom you did not want to be taken into. Fortunately, I was never taken in there but I remember one boy who did.
"He had been dressed up in tight leather shorts and went in with a senior Tory politician and some other men.
"I met him afterwards and he told me he had suffered humiliation too vile to describe and was then beaten up."
Darren said the brutalised boy was under 16 at the time.
He recalled that traumatised children would gather in the kitchen at Dolphin Square to *comfort each other after their ordeals. He admitted he was given £50 each time he attended a child abuse party.
But he insisted he only went because evil Righton forced him to. He said: "I would never have gone to those parties willingly it was fear of Righton.
"One occasion when he attacked me stands out. It happened after I was taken into a bedroom with the famous TV personality and Peter was driving us back to Suffolk.
"I kept saying the name of the comic character played by the actor and saying that he was at the party. Peter kept saying, No he wasn't.'
"Then he suddenly swung a tremendous punch, while still keeping control of the car. It hit me flush on the chin and I may have passed out. It was a warning to keep my mouth shut."
Darren was interviewed over three days by Met Police detectives and named his abusers.

A third witness has now come forward over the Dolphin Square paedo parties reports Exaro. The new witness, called "Darren" by Exaro to protect his real name, identifies the same Conservative Cabinet Minister.

Tom Watson, MP, who is aware of Darren's story has said he will name the perpetrator in Parliament if Darren is harmed.

Doug Richard, an American, has been honoured by The Queen and is also an advisor to Prime Minister David Cameron.
Talk about being caught between a Rock and a hard place. No wonder Cameron would have you believe that the sexual abuse of children is a Conspiracy Theory', all the easier to dismiss it.

A millionaire advisor to Prime Minister David Cameron has been arrested on suspicion of raping a 13-year-old girl.
Doug Richard, 56, was quizzed by police and released on bail.
He strongly denied the allegations in a statement issued through his lawyers.
The married dad, who starred on BBC's Dragons' Den in the first two series, has travelled with the Prime Minister on an official government trip to Africa and advised on policy.
American-born Richard has also worked as an advisor to Chancellor, George Osborne.
Richard, honoured by the Queen for his work helping entrepreneurs, was arrested on January 5.

The inquiry is still in the long grass...

Sharon Evans tells MPs that Ben Emmerson QC attempted to ensure panel members didn't voice any internal criticism

The chaos behind the scenes of the official inquiry into child abuse has been laid bare with accusations of bullying and silencing members as the investigation struggled to get off the ground.
One panel member, Sharon Evans, an abuse survivor and chief executive of the Dot Com children's charity, told MPs the inquiry's counsel, Ben Emmerson QC, had in effect taken it over in the absence of an appointed chairman, and had made threats and intimidated panel members.
She made the accusations to the Commons home affairs select committee as the home secretary, Theresa May, considers whether to disband the independent panel and create a fresh statutory inquiry.
The inquiry, set up in July in the wake of the Jimmy Savile, Rotherham and other child sex abuse scandals, still has no chairman after May's first two nominees were both forced to step down because of their connections to the establishment.
Evans was giving MPs an update on the progress of the inquiry along with other inquiry members Drusilla Sharpling and Prof Jenny Pearce and an adviser, Prof Alexis Jay, who wrote the report revealing that there were 1,400 child sex abuse victims over 16 years in the Rotherham area.
Evans told the MPs that even before their Commons hearing on Tuesday afternoon there had been an attempt by the inquiry secretariat to ensure panel members did not voice any internal criticism. "I feel that I was told today that we must speak with a collective voice. I feel that would prevent me from answering your questions honestly."
She also claimed she had been told a letter she wanted to send to the home secretary must be rewritten before it was despatched and complained that panel members were being prevented from responding publicly to allegations about their conduct.
The committee chairman, Keith Vaz, said he shared her concern and warned panel members they would be in contempt of parliament if they did not reply honestly to questions. He said the committee would ask Emmerson to respond to Evans's accusations.
Two other panel members, Pearce and Sharpling, expressed greater confidence in the running of the inquiry but agreed that a new chairman and statutory powers were essential for its work to continue.
Jay said there was a strong public perception that the independent panel was not focused or well-led.
Sharpling said they had to postpone a Birmingham "listening event" until March because they were not in a position to answer questions about their future.
Outside the committee hearingon Tuesday, the Home Office said there was an ongoing investigation into the behaviour of two panel members. The investigation began after an abuse survivor, Andrew Lavery, complained he had been sent threatening emails by Graham Wilmer, a panel member who is also a survivor of child abuse.
There are also complaints about panel member Barbara Hearn over her communications with Peter McKelvie, a former child protection manager, whose allegations led to the launch of the ongoing police inquiry Operation Fernbridge.
The Home Office said it was taking legal advice on the complaints and the investigation was continuing.
In a statement on Tuesday night, Emmerson denied any bullying or intimidation, calling the allegations "baseless." A statement from the panel, excluding Evans, rejected any suggestion it had been intimidated.

Lord Leon Brittan has died today from cancer, which he has been suffering from for some time, according to reports. Various people are paying tribute to him.

But not The Needle or Telegraph journalist Tim Tate. They now report that Leon Brittan was the un-named MP in Tim Tate's Telegraph story of July 2014. Meanwhile, his name was fairly well known in sex abuse circles. Thewre is credible evidence that Lord Brittan was, in fact, a paedophile.

This clearly impacts upon the sex abuse inquiry and one can only ponder the reasons why both of Theresa May's nominated chairwoman for that inquiry were chosen - but were ultimately found unsuitable by the public because of their social and business connections to Lord Brittan. My guess is that it was known in political circles that he was dying and a decision was made to protect his reputation while he remained alive. Is this fair? For his family, perhaps. But for those abused, the answer can only be no. Justice was not done and it is fairly clear that the establishment joined ranks to ensure he was protected.

No one is above the law we are told. But some people are always above the law. And know they are.

Leon Brittan Accused Of Attempting To Smuggle Child Abuse Images Into UK.

[Image: bc34e8fc-04ad-11e4-_728936c.jpg?w=339&h=226]
I'm very grateful to journalist Tim Tate for leaving this comment, quoted below, which has confirmed my suspicion of the provenance of The Daily Telegraphstory, also quoted below, which alleged that Leon Brittan had been caught trying to smuggle indecent images of children into Dover while he had been an Commissioner to the EU.
Tim Tate is on the byline of the original Telegraph story
"Almost a year ago I interviewed a very senior detective who was handling the Brittan investigation. He was very clear that the Customs Officer (referred to above) had made a clear and credible statement about stopping Brittan at Dover, and seizing child pornography video tapes from him. The Customs Officer stated that he viewed the tapes and was able to describe what was on them.
That statement is or should be still held at the Metropolitan Police station from which the investigation was conducted.
I believe that it is essential that the historic child abuse enquiry assuming it survives is given a copy of the statement." Tim Tate
A senior Tory politician said to be part of a child sex ring was allegedly stopped by a customs officer with child pornography videos but got off scot-free, police have been told.
The former MP was driving back to the UK via Dover when a customs officer pulled him over because he was "acting suspiciously". The border guard, who is now retired, has told detectives that when he searched the MP's car he found videotapes of children "clearly under the age of 12" taking part in sex acts.
He passed the material on to his superiors, but the MP was never arrested or charged.

Was Leon Brittan A Paedophile ?

[Image: sir-leon-brittan_2961184b.jpg?w=349&h=218]
Leon Brittan has died, he was aged 75.
You'll find fulsome obituaries elsewhere and perhaps even praise but I want to focus on the truth, or not, of the allegations that Leon Brittan was a paedophile.
Over the last two years there have been many rumours and news stories alleging that Leon Brittan was a paedophile, though you may not have realised as he has invariably been euphemistically alluded to as "a former senior Tory cabinet minister" or something similar. There had been some concern among journalists, and even this blogger, that the continued and ubiquitous use of this term might itself have become so synonymous with Leon Brittan that its use might itself have precipitated legal action if Lord Brittan decided to take that route.
The allegations are not new they go back to the early 1980s at least, as Bernhard Ingham, former press secretary to Margaret Thatcher, has confirmed recently to Sky News, he was aware of the allegations at the time and even asked him about them at the time. I've also talked to journalists who investigated these rumours in the late 1980s.
Clearly now that Leon Brittan is dead, I'm free from legal constraints and I can say exactly as I wish but just because I can write what I wish, doesn't mean that I should. Ultimately, I'm only interested in the truth and not rumours.
About 15 months ago I discussed the allegations with a source close to an investigation looking into this and other similar allegations. I asked the source directly whether he thought that Leon Brittan was a paedophile. After a pause he replied that in his view 80% of the allegations were false but that the remaining 20% of allegations left him with the view that Leon Brittan did indeed have an unhealthy sexual interest in children.
It is with this in mind that I will refrain from repeating every allegation that has been swirling around the internet over the last two years because I agree with that source, there are many allegations that are false, as an example, there has been a suggestion that the police have a video of Lord Brittan at a "sex party". This story is untrue.
So, I'm going to lay to one side all of the stories that I believe make up the 80% of false allegations and look instead at the allegations that I believe make up the 20% of allegations that have substance, or at the least raise questions that need answering.
I'll touch briefly on the allegation that he raped a 19 year old female student, who is referred to in the press as Jane', in 1967. My view is that this allegation is credible but it is also my belief that after such a long time, and with no evidence beyond the victim's word against Lord Brittan's, a successful prosecution would have been very unlikely and that if the CPS had decided to proceed it would have put a great deal of pressure on the victim Jane' with little result. But for clarity, I believe her.
The second allegation I wish to mention is the one related to Elm Guest House.
It is my belief that the Daily Mail story, extract quoted below, refers to Leon Brittan. I say this because I had heard very similar accounts from other sources before this story had been published, some close to events at the time. I just didn't have the first hand source/sources that The Mail had and so I couldn't publish.
I'd recommend that readers, read this story once again.
The man recalled that during the boy's testimony at Richmond Police Station, he had spoken of an abuser whom he called Uncle XXXXX'. This abuser worked at the big houses', the boy said.
As the boy talked, at least two of those officials present came to independent realisations of his testimony's significance.
If Uncle XXXXX' had done what was alleged, this was not just a sordid suburban scandal, but one of national importance.
I should note here that the victim in that Elm Guest House story has not felt able to co-operate with the police, hence no action could realistically be taken.
Another credible allegation is that Leon Brittan was stopped by British Customs trying to enter Dover with indecent images of children in the late 1980s while he was with the European Commission. This story, below, refers to that allegation.
I am very aware that there will be many who will be disappointed that I've not related other allegations. As I've tried to make clear I want to stick only to those that I believe can be substantiated. If the victim at Elm Guest House speaks out then that allegation can be substantiated, if documentation exists, as it should, that Leon Brittan was stopped by a customs officer trying to enter the UK with indecent images, that too can be substantiated.

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
