I've asked the questions I have about Cheri Seymour because of troubling things I've heard. Since I'm not clear how valid and/or corroborated they are or are not, I'm asking if others have specific knowledge about her.

I don't mean to imply that I know she's "bad", "good", or whatever because I just don't know that much about her. So in all fairness, I need to make that really clear and I still invite input from others who have more detailed information about her.

Oh yes, me also, Austin!

It is a good question for sure. I think once I read the book (after September 1) I will have better bearings on how well documented she is. I will for sure come back and write about it.

Eddie Evans Wrote:Hello everyone,

This is my first post, so please forgive any mistakes! I have read quite a bit here, and this is some of the finest stuff about the topic anywhere.

I am posting to inform about a book release on Trine Day September 1, 2010 and it is called "The Last Circle" by Cheri Seymour. I am sure that many are familiar with this author with the rough draft of the same book under her pseudonym Carol Marshall.

To describe it, she picks up the story of PROMIS and the Octopus where Danny Casolaro unfortunately left off. If the rough draft is any indication, this may be the best documented and factual account of the history of all this.

And no, I do not work for Trine Day! :proud: I just thought that I would post this, because I just finished reading the rough draft available for free online, and I searched for Cheri Seymour on Amazon and found the book. Then I came over here to the forum to try to find more info about Cheri Seymour, but I did not find it. I am sure there is plenty here about the Octopus! I just wanted to let people know about this book...

Thanks a lot!

Eddie

Hello. Where can this rough draft be found or had? I didn't see a link or mention. Thanks.

Quote:And yes, thanks for telling me about Ed Encho; I actually read his series about this topic on his old blog. I think he should write a book about it! He has a good way with words. Unfortunately, he called it quits, because he got disgusted with the way things are going these days. I can't say that I blame him.

Eddie,
Yes,Ed Encho has some resiliense.I jumped all over his butt on his very first post here. Not that his essay was anyway near wrong, just my automatic response at standing up for Vietnam Veterans. We are like that because of this societies never ending assault on our psyche(we are a vilified bunch).I am glad that he didn't just say fuck this site and leave.I later apologised. He took it all like a man who's been in the trenches.LOL

Thanks! The Ed Encho post you are referring to was the Joe Stack one? That was good one, but maybe some read him wrong. I don't think he would condone flying a plane into a building. It is good that there are no hard feelings! I am happy to be a member of this forum, and I like the attitude of all the members! Thanks again!

Thanks guys for your interest in The Last Circle. Much appreciated. Here's the info about the book:

"The Last Circle: Danny Casolaro's Investigation into the Octopus and the PROMIS Software Scandal"
by Cheri Seymour

Due to be released at Barnes & Noble Bookstores in September 2010:

http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?r=1&EAN=9781936296002&afsrc=1

The Internet version (posted under the pseudonym of Carol Marshall in 1996) contains only 15 unedited, unpolished chapters, whereas the completed BOOK contains 25 chapters. The last 10 chapters are by far the most provocative.

The completed BOOK contains never-before-revealed inside information relative to the entertainment industry in Hollywood, i.e., MCA Corporation and its mob and intelligence connections, as well as interviews with former DOJ prosecutors who investigated MCA, but were shut down when they captured on their wiretaps connections between the U.S. Attorney General's office and members of the Gambino crime family.

TO: Austin Kelley

YOU WROTE:

"I'm not really up on everything that goes on inside the conspiracy research community, but I've heard concerns about the ties that Cheri Seymour enjoys to far-right "Patriot" elements in the United States, including "Christian Identity"-linked William Potter Gale who was significant in the development of the Militia Movement. If anyone has further perspectives on all of this, please feel free to share ---"

MY COMMENT:

If you go to my website: www.ark-roundtable.com and click on "Author," you will notice in the very last paragraph that it says: "She [Seymour] is currently completing a non-fiction book entitled, 'The Coup' about the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995."

In answer to your question (above) about my relationship with the far-right, patriots, Militia groups, et al, basically I am accepted within those groups as a professional "writer" that tells the truth, whether good or bad, it's the truth. Just prior to the OKC bombing, I was extensively interviewing Militia leaders in Idaho, Montana, California, Oregon, etc. for a TIME magazine piece on the Rise of the Militias (in collaboration with a former San Francisco Chronicle staff reporter).

In the middle of that research, the Alfred P. Murrah building was blown up. I immediately switched over to investigating the OKC bombing, traveled 11,500 miles across the U.S. interviewing McVeigh's associates (and co-conspirators) and ultimately wrote a book about what I learned. I really hope someone asks what I learned, but if you don't, I'll tell you anyway.

I learned that Dennis Mahon, a former KKK leader in OKC, tried to recruit certain individuals to blow up the Murrah building in 1993. I learned from Stephen Jones' (McVeigh's attorney) investigator that Jones was disallowed by Judge Matsch from subpoenaing Dennis Mahon to court because he allegedly worked as a C.I. for the government. When I interviewed Mahon myself, he basically suggested the same thing, adding (Quote) "If they subpoena me to court, I'll take down the entire BATF."

So I worked on my book, "The Coup," as time permitted, then one day in June 2009, I read on the Internet that Dennis Mahon had been arrested in connection with an Arizona bombing of a black postal worker: http://www.newstribune.com/articles/2009/06/26/news_state/188state35bombing.txt
EXCERPT from above article: "--- Dennis Mahon also is accused of teaching others how to blow up a vehicle and a house, how to build a package pipe bomb using a 9-volt battery, black powder, and an electric match, and how to avoid detection by law enforcement, according to the indictment ---"

Mahon reportedly did the same thing with Timothy McVeigh. Mahon's trial is supposed to be taking place in Arizona in the Fall. I'll be there.

Thank you for clarifying that Cheri. Welcome to the DPF too! I'll be most interested in the updates from Mahon's trial as well as reading your new 'Last Circle' book. I'm sure Ed Encho will be wanting to communicate with you about some ongoing research matters.
