Conversational (Covert) Hypnosis

Learning Covert Hypnosis

30 11 2010 What is Conversational Hypnosis?

Welcome to the International Conversational Hypnosis Society formerly the International Covert Hypnosis Society).

Our mission is to spread the knowledge of Conversational Hypnosis and Covert Hypnosis, as laid down by the world famous psychiatrist, Milton H. Erickson.

Conversational Hypnosis is the capacity to hypnotize another person and communicate with their subconscious mind without him or her noticing. Usually this is performed during an ostensibly innocent conversation (thus – ConversationalHypnosis). As the hypnotized person is not aware of being hypnotized, Conversational Hypnosis is also called CovertHypnosis. As it often uses non-conventional hypnosis techniques it is sometimes referred to as Underground Hypnosis or Black Ops Hypnosis.
Conversational Hypnosis is often used to alter and control the subject’s behavior. Careful use of words and body language can infiltrate a subject’s unconsciousness and significantly alter their behavior. Unaware of the hypnosis, however, the subjects feel it is they who made the decision.
Conversational Hypnosis effectively diminishes the subject’s use of analytical mind. This can be performed quickly and easily, as often seen with used car salesman: an experienced salesman may get you to purchase a car you wouldn’t have normally purchased, using seemingly innocent talk and body language alone. A i>good salesman will get you to buy the car, and a few days of hours later you’ll be surprised at yourself that you did so. An excellent salesman will get you to buy the car – with no second thoughts whatsoever.
Conversational Hypnosis is a very similar phenomenon to Erickson’s indirect hypnosis, but it is significantly characterized by the subject being completely unaware that they are being hypnotized during the seemingly innocent conversation.
Conversational Hypnosis blends traditional hypnosis methods along with NLP and social behavior. The Conversational Hypnosis mind control techniques effectively enable to control people’s behavior without them ever noticing they are being hypnotized, and if needed also never remembering any part of the hypnosis induced actions. Our members area shows a few extreme cases of abusing these powers.

Nice.

Cheaper than Rohypnol I guess.

I'd like to nominate the ICHS for a Nobel prize for advancing civilization.
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.

I parked the thing here for my later perusal as part of a very large body of resources I am building for a ____ (article, series, book?) on the psychopathology in politics, its roots, and more. I suspect others will be interested in learning how it is done (hopefully for awareness and self-inoculation, not mastery). It seems a wee bit more complex than "Why don't you come on up and see my etchings", might be akin to "Have some madeira, m'dear", and seems to fit in nicely alongside the kind of stuff I am reading in Albarelli's "A Terrible Mistake".

One of the curious things for me is the degree and manner of the trickle-down of some of the black arts into society itself which can only provide more cannon fodder (experimentees or practitioners) for the evil undergrowth to recruit. Maybe, if we can learn more how it is done, we can apply some form of remedy.

They are using this on passersby at some of the Israeli 'Dead Sea' beauty product kiosks.

Also I suggest you watch some Derren Brown videos on You Tube. I saw a show once where he got some stranger to give him several thousand pounds from the ATM which he then went to put on the roulette table (he lost by one number). The guy had no memory of it at all even when he watched himself on camera doing everything, meeting Darren 'by chance' on the street, talking with him, going to the ATM, taking out the money, giving it to him. I'm sure the guy got his money back, perhaps with extra winnings but I never saw part 2.

Perhaps this is in a way connected to the electronic methods mentioned in the talk here.

My best sense is that this document was written by Professor George Estabrooks. It has a similar tone to the surviving Estabrooks material, and it discusses practical applications known to have been undertaken by Estabrooks.

This document is very similar to one I've seen involving Morse Allen, Gittinger, Gottlieb and others redacted, chewing the fat.

It's clear that a lot of "hypnotic", "narco-hypnotic" and possibly "trauma-hypnotic" human experimentation is going on in black projects. It's also clear that the aim of the intelligence project is to move quickly to the development of techniques which can be used in the field.

Derren Brown Controls Shopping Mall Visitors

January 13th, 2011 I wanted to believe that this wasn't real; that it was just a stunt for television, with paid actors, etc. I know a bit about hypnosis, but I had pretty serious doubts about this one.
So, is this real, or not? Surely, it's not, right?
I emailed Tony Rodriguez, a friend of mine who happens to be formally qualified to answer the question. What does formally qualified mean? Tony doesn't mention his qualifications on his site, technofascismblog.com, so I don't think it's appropriate for me to say any more about it. Obviously, feel free to take my word that he's formally qualified, or not.
Anyway, here's how the emails went. I wrote:
Do you think it's possible that this actually happened in the way it was presented?

Or, did they hire a bunch of extras and just have them raise their arms on queue???
Tony wrote back:
Mass hypnosis. I think it works like this: he creates an air of excitement, people are told to anticipate something. This creates a highly emotional situation about nothing in particular. All people know at this time is that something important is going to happen so they better partially pay attention to what he's saying. Unfortunately, since they are walking around, they can't give their full attention to his voice. This is the key. So, people are processing his words in the background as they focus their conscious attention on walking around and shopping. As they do this, he proceeds to drop suggestive command phrases into his speech that are not part of the main narrative. The instinctual, subconscious mind is extremely stupid and only works in simple associations. So he proceeds to build the subconscious association: arm raise = good, arm raise = good, arm raise = good. After enough of this, he builds the excitement again and issues a strong verbal command: now! This shocks people into immediate action. The conscious mind doesn't have time to think and react, it must let instincts take over. There is just no time. So the instinctual subconscious takes over and reacts based on the last association it learned with some strong emotional content: BAM, ARM GOES UP. Of course, to the people on the ground, once their conscious mind takes over, and they begin to think about what happened, they are surprised that they lifted their arm.
Do I believe this is possible? Not only do I believe this is legit, but I believe the people getting a PhD in marketing learn this from day one. It's why the people are in the mall in the first place. It's what impulse buying is based on.
Here's yet another way of thinking about it, She Who Measures:

Derren (Jedi) Brown is back in 2011. This time to prove, without any doubt, it is possible to program somebody to become an assassin via hypnosis wherein they would have NO recollection of the act. This is basically a recreation of a famous assassination.

The man who taught me hypnosis (not Darren Brown) also expalined how he could get a nun to murder children in a kindergarten. Entirely possible.
