Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, Bullingdon Club contemporary of PM Cameron and Chancellor Osborne, is a very English faux "lovable buffoon" who is, in reality, ruthless, cold and calculating.

However, he is enough genuine buffoon to fuck up. On a regular basis.
