January 17, 1961 President Eisenhower, in his farewell address to the nation, warned America of the grave dangers that THE MILITARY COMPLEX posed for our democratic republic. It seems the that warning has gone unheeded. I havent seem too much on TV, or the internet about this anniversary. Last weekend C -Span had a program, sponsored by the Cato Institute,(OMG ) that dealt with the speech and how Eisenhower had fought the complex while President. The main speaker put General Dynamics, owned by the Crown family, at the apex of the the complex at the time of the early 1960's.

How does it go again? Treason doth never prosper: what's the reason? Why if it prosper, none dare call it treason.

I love this quote. Garrison used it regularily. The speech was all over the news which was wonderful to see. Again. I think this speech had a powerful effect on JFK.

The forum search function is not up to scratch yet, so I can't find the thread, but Colonel Henry Crown operated on behalf of the Chicago mob.

Nice guy.
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.

This might be what you're after

I can't figure out what's wrong with the search function. Boolean searches is switched on so a string of words in quotes ought to work, as should the standard Boolean operators.

I put what ever term I'm after in my Google search box and do a site search rather than a global one. That finds anything.

According to James Ragen, the racing wire czar of the 1940's, Henry Crown and Conrad Hilton were the the financiers of the Chicgo mob. Mr Ragen, told FBI Directo J. Edgar Hoover and Attorney General Clark this in interviews arranged by newspaper columnist Drew Pearson. Professer Scott has documented this fact in many of his writings.

Michael Isikoff was on The Rachel Maddow Show, last Monday night, and in a report on the 50th anniversary of President Eisenhowers speech on The Military - Industrial Complex, Mr Isikoff put General Dynamics, owned by the Crown family, as being the primary company in this vast network of murder & greed.

Thanks Kenneth.

Crown also bought the Empire State Building using Chicago mob money. Notably in 1954 - which is the year that Nazis in exile probably began preparing to repatriate some of the plundered wealth they had stashed away - via well connected businessmen and bankers associated with the Bilderberg group.

I also think it possible that the Chicago mob was also laundering plunder from WWII - Japanese and Nazi hoards, and putting it in real estate and other investments.

I actually came across Crown when I was investigating the WWII black gold story in its "Project Hammer" incarnation (notably "Project Hammer Reloaded"). Crown owned a mine or two as part of his holdings in Material Service Corporation, and was an officer in the US Army Corp of Engineers. The latter were almost certainly involved in recovering plunder hidden by the Japanese in the Philippines during WWII - and I also theorized, based on information received, that Crown may have been involved in that.

My black gold website used to get hits all the time from the US Army Corp of Engineers...

There are a lot of documents I have that relate to WWII plunder under the management of Santa Romana and Ed Lansdale, both whose names appear on UBS bullion receipts. Front companies controlled by Santa Romana often used the name of "Crown" in their title, such as Crown Commodity Holdings International. And his connection to major players in the Black Eagle gold trusts also are fairly well documented.
