It's a post card.

All it needs is the classic curved "Greetings" logo followed by "from Ground Zero".

My conclusion is that the image was created primarily to serve the greater propaganda/mind control agenda. It is an obvious collage. If challenged, no one involved in the coverup would defend it as authentic.

I think.

HOWEVER ... Once ejected into the zeitgeist, it does contribute to the confusion -- or, as I'd have it, the cognitive dissonance -- upon which control is predicated.

If the government conspiracy theory is true, why do they
keep releasing faked photos. Why bother if there is nothing
to hide. Here is a study I did just yesterday.

Clearly the image has been manipulated. By whom and why can't be answered unless we know the provenance of the image. Where did you get it from Jack? A Tineye search didn't reveal anything.
