Sunny Sheu Killed after reporting death threat from Judge Joseph Golia

Sunny Sheu has been fighting judicial corruption since his home was stolen by mortgage fraud allegedly aided and abetted by Judge Joseph Golia of Queens.

Sunny was kidnapped, intimidated and threatened by two NYPD detectives at the Queens DA bureau. He was told by the detectives that if he took his case to the media or filed a complaint against Golia he would be killed.

Sunny was told by the Captain of the 109th pct that the cops detained him because he had put a letter in Golia's mailbox, proving it was Golia that ordered the illegal detention.

Later, Sunny uncovered evidence of misrepresentations on Golia's financial disclosure statements and on Thursday, June 24, 2010 he announced that he had evidence sufficient to have Golia arrested.

Two days later Sunny was found dead with trauma to the head, according to the Medical examiner that performed the autopsy:

Two months ago, Sunny made this video, stating that if any harm came to him, Golia should be the main suspect.

Sunny also wrote a letter to FBI agent Rachel Rojas, asking for witness protection. Obviously his request was ignored.

Sunny Sheu was a champion of justice for us all, and a true hero. May his death not be in vain.

And I have submitted evidence to the FBI recently. [The] FBI sent me [a] copy of the evidence that I sent to the FBI.

And today, April 9th, the Unified Court ethics director, Janice Howard, she called me [that] Judge Joseph Golia already amended his Financial disclosure statement. This means my evidence is true. At least that he was forced to amend (misrepresentations) on his financial disclosure statement.

For the security issues, for the security concerns, I make this recording, that if anything wrong goes to me, it should be come from Judge Golia and his people because before I had been kidnapped by his people, and threatened and intimidated by his people not to file a complaint against Judge Golia.

So I make this recording for safety. For protection. If anything wrong please go to Judge Golia and his people.

The Police usually feel they work for the Big Boys [and often do!]...and most certainly don't feel their remit is to protect the average citizen nor the laws....it has long been this way, and is getting worse.

I had my own personal experiences. Here and there I did, I must admit, meet an 'honest cop', but many had been bought, or were just following the herd consensus... Now that the USA has become a police state in all but name, it is much worse. Also, that the police are now militarized. A very sad case that will likely just fade away....hutup: I would say the chances of Justice are small...but we can hope! Not only do people loose their money and homes, security and health, now in Amerika one can easily loose one's life if one doesn't just play the 'good serf'.

The tragedy of this is Mr Sheu felt that making a video would make any difference with the Viagra/Las Vegas American public. You know, it's like making a video in Nazi Germany saying "I'm doing this to show the Nazis intend to send people to concentration camps".

Today, June 29th, I spoke with a reporter from BI for two hours and then left for his office to give him some information I did not want to discuss on the phone.
Outside I noticed a silver van with nobody in it illegally parked across the street from my building. Sunny had been surveilled by a silver van in the days before his murder, so to be cautious I photographed the plates.

The NY plates are number DMC 9287. Then I noticed that there was Police parking plate in the window, showing that the cop was from the 81rst precinct, which is in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

As I was taking the pictures a guy in a Yankees cap approached me and asked "you got a problem?". I said,"The van is parked illegally" ,and he replied "well, talk to the cop over there" I looked in the direction he was pointing and asked "who's the cop?". To my surprise he said "your fucking mother!" I said "what?" and he repeated "your fucking mother".

I realized this was the cop from the van. I asked "who are you?" and raised my phone to take a picture. The guy lunged at me and grabbed me by the neck, throwing me against the building. "You take a fucking picture of me and I'll fucking crush your face" he said. A woman and some kids were walking by and I yelled "call the police" The guy yelled mockingly "yeah call the police", to let me know that they would not interfere with their own.

As I walked away, he yelled, "you take a fucking picture of me and I'll fucking kill you!". I was able to get the info of a witness. To my surprise, he did not steal or smash my camera. I do not think he realized that I got clear pictures of his plates and a blurred picture of him.
