The parts about Bin Laden are random gibberish in my opinion. For me, the key information is: CIA ran a vaccination program as a covert operation. Full stop.
How many other doctors around the world take CIA bribes to run vaccination programs'?

The CIA organised a fake vaccination programme in the town where it believed Osama bin Laden was hiding in an elaborate attempt to obtain DNA from the fugitive al-Qaida leader's family, a Guardian investigation has found.

As part of extensive preparations for the raid that killed Bin Laden in May, CIA agents recruited a senior Pakistani doctor to organise the vaccine drive in Abbottabad, even starting the "project" in a poorer part of town to make it look more authentic, according to Pakistani and US officials and local residents.
The doctor, Shakil Afridi, has since been arrested by the Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI) for co-operating with American intelligence agents.

Correlate the above with the information in Albarelli's "A Terrible Mistake", the information in Haslam's "Dr. Mary's Monkey" about the purposeful covert contamination of vaccine with cancer-inducing agents, the knowledge that both Israel and the US have genotype-specific bio-warfare tools and programs (ours was announced in thr PNAC document) [in English, they attack based on the target's ethnicity], the fact that the Rockefellers essentially control modern medicine and Big Pharma in the US (sources available on request), the fact that BigPharma has worked with the CIA directly in several known instances involving mass attack and mass murder, the fact that multiple drills have been run for years to insure that FEMA can martial the people necessary to conduct mass vaccination programs, and then roll up your sleeves.

Plenty.

Overseas development departments, eg US AID, Britain's Department of International Development, their equivalents in First World countries around the globe, are frequently fronts for intelligence ops. A proportion of the budget is also commonly used in black ops.

To my certain knowledge, human clinical trials on new drugs are routinely conducted in developing countries. If the new drug causes serious or even lethal side effects, then the evidence can be - quite literally buried -and the company won't get sued for millions.

Black ops testing of drugs not intended for commercial sale, but for nefarious purposes, can also be conducted in this fashion.

The phony vaccination program is a grim reminder of the complexity of international relations as well as the interrelatedness of the world. The local doctor leading the program, Dr. Shakil Afridi, "used a team of nurses and other health workers to administer hepatitis B vaccinations throughout Abbottabad."
