Tarpley's information explains how such a large project was managed and who likely did it... and reveals that such projects will take place in the future is very likely. He's not concerned with the most of the actual operational details however and seems to dismiss the importance of them.
It's not clear if he believes that the coup can be countered as much as described.

In re "operational details" -- How else to reverse-engineer an object or phenomenon than by starting at its obvious or literal presentation?
One cannot overestimate the importance of the understanding of "operational details" to understanding the process.
