Not just for finance dealers. A few of my local takeaways used to do the same 'service'. Probably still do. A Lebanese restaurant and a hamburger type place. Then there was the ethnic 'card club' upstairs.....

Yes, I saw a few of the loser who played Russian roulette in the alley. Sometimes you could hear them playing too.

Makes for an 'interesting', if expensive, pizza topping! The world will be insane and there will be more death and wars than otherwise, as long as drugs are illegal. It is just a mechanism of control and huge profits. All the sanctimonious claims of drugs harming society are bull...it is the big drug cartels and top dealers/profit-takers that are harming society.....and they are connected to the ruling elites.
