For a capitalist diversionary war?

Or for use when the Greek riot police join the protests against economic Shock Therapy and the bankers need to loot the vaults and safety deposit boxes?

The Mediterranean theatre heats up; from a tactical standpoint, they may be wasted in Greece, but they can also easily be airlifted somewhere else with relative ease. The question is where 400 such things would be most useful when massed and mobile on relatively flat and open terrain. They could easily be bottled up, I should think, in the Greek terrain if they did not have rapid redeployment by air capability.
