...hmmm...just imagine if some killer types got inside the beltway [or the Pentagon, CIA or White House!]....ummmmm, on second thought, inside the beltway and those three mentioned locations is full of them already!....

...half of all imprisoned persons in the USA [or more] have committed victimless crimes [such as smoking or possessing a joint].....so if freed I hardly see there will be any more crime - as there never was one in the first place!!!!!
