True, but his book has been out for so long that his fans would have bought it by now. If you look at the review section it is mostly 2 line reviews, which is not normal for the average page pattern of Amazon reviews and shows there is probably some kind of organized positive review op going on with that book.

I always see his books in the Goodwill stores along with Limbaughs.That's where they ultimately end up.

There is no other book on Amazon with such a uniform amount of one or two line reviews with such consistency. These people do not answer criticisms of their reviews either:
