Group Conformity to Absurd Beliefs
#1

A few classic experiments show just how prone humans are to being influenced by peer pressure. These videos were filmed several decades ago, but many other studies have taken place over the years and the results are always the same. Human beings are a social species, and most people will eventually alter their behavior, attitudes, and even BELIEFS in order to be part of a social group..even if what the group thinks (or does) is absurd at first glance.
