Dr. Ford was, of course, the first and will testify [without the needed and requested and traditional FBI investigation nor other witnesses]; Deborah Ramirez who was a fellow student with Kavinaugh at Yale has come forward in the last 48 hours; and now just a few hours ago Michael Avenati, attorney for Stormy Daniels says he represents an unnamed client 'with credible information' against Kavanaugh. I think Kavanaugh's nomination is dead in the water...... Avenati even hinted he has yet other women willing to testify against Kavanaugh's unwanted sexual abuse. Add to this Kavanaugh lied at least four times under oath in his confirmation hearings. '(a)Moral minority' eat your heart out! Women are going to see that his would be destroyer of Roe vs. Wade goes down. It is a shame that the Supreme Court already has one verified sexual predator - two is just a bit much. The Court is being packed by a very small group of religious fanatics and cultists who do not even follow the precepts of the religion they claim to uphold. Thomas needs to be impeached. Trump needs to be impeached or rendered unable to do much by loss of control by Republifascists of the House and Senate. Then we work on taking down or COMPLETELY reforming the Democratic Party too...but for now, they are the useful idiots to move in the direction of taking back democracy in the USA step-by-step - which has all but been lost since the end of WWII. I am NOT in favor of a two party system - less so two parties that both represent the rich, the powerful, the elites, the War Mongers, the National Security State, the diminution of democracy and moving toward neo-fascism [even if one party is more to the Reich on this]. Get rid of the electoral college; end gerrymandering; have multiple parties and proportional representation. End the National Security State and the endless false-flag wars. Kavanaugh is just one battle in a long war back to some semblance of a republic and modicum of democracy. Interestingly, women seem to be leading the way...and I say hooray!

It turns out that the letter alleging an assault by Kavanaugh wasn't the only potential evidence sent to California senator Feinstein. A whistleblower reached out in July to Feinstein and Sen. Charles Grassley to say that there are federal court employees willing to speak to investigators about what Kavanaugh knew regarding the pattern of sexual harassment by his mentor, Judge Alex Kozinski. Kavanaugh said under oath that he knew nothing about the allegations against Kozinski but a timeline of their history challenges that idea.
Kavanaugh is a serial liar and a deeply right-wing ideologue. The Republican Party by-and-large are now exhibiting one of the basic tenants of fascism - the elimination of a multi-party system, and the construction of a single party to which all must give fidelity or suffer financially, legally, with their freedom and democracy - or with their lives.

Michael Avenatti says he represents woman with information on Kavanaugh
Michael Avenatti, an apparent 2020 presidential hopeful and the lawyer known for representing Stormy Daniels, tweeted Sunday night that he represents "a woman with credible information regarding Judge [Brett] Kavanaugh and Mark Judge." "I represent a woman with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. We will be demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the committee and will likewise be demanding that Judge and others be subpoenaed to testify. The nomination must be withdrawn."
Avenatti later tweeted that he had been in contact with Mike Davis, the Senate Judiciary Committee's chief counsel for nominations. In an email, Avenatti told Davis that his team was aware of "significant evidence" that Brett Kavanaugh, his former classmate Mark Judge and others targeted women with alcohol and drugs at parties in the 1980s in order to allow "a train" of men to take advantage of them sexually.
Avenatti's email suggests there is more to the allegations revealed earlier tonight by a Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer report in the New Yorker, which details a second alleged instance of sexual misconduct. In the report, Mark Judge's ex-girlfriend also recalls him telling her "ashamedly about an incident that involved [Judge] and other boys taking turns having sex with a drunk woman."
Kavanaugh and Judge both deny the allegations.
This all comes as Washington gears up for a planned Thursday 10 am EDT hearing featuring Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who first accused the Supreme Court nominee of sexual assault in the 1980s and alleges tbat Judge was in the room when it happened.

Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, says he is "aware of significant evidence" that Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh participated in multiple gang rapes while in high school. In an email posted to Twitter Sunday night, Avenatti writes that Kavanaugh, his childhood friend Mark Judge, and others "would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a train' of men to subsequently gang rape them." My e-mail of moments ago with Mike Davis, Chief Counsel for Nominations for U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary. We demand that this process be thorough, open and fair, which is what the American public deserves. It must not be rushed and evidence/witnesses must not be hidden. 3:16 AM - Sep 24, 2018
Avenatti ended the email, which was sent to the chief counsel for nominations at the Senate Judiciary Committee, by saying that he will be releasing "additional evidence" of the allegations "in the coming days." In an interview with Politico, Avenatti said he represents multiple people who were witnesses to the events described in his email. One of the people he's representing could be described as a victim, he said. On Twitter, Avenatti wrote that he will "be demanding the opportunity to present testimony" to the Senate Judiciary Committee. It's unclear if that will happen, but a spokesperson for Judiciary Chairman Charles Grassley says the committee will attempt to evaluate the claim.

Brett Kavanaugh must also be asked about this entry in his yearbook: "FFFFFFFourth of July." We believe that this stands for: Find them, French them, Feel them, Finger them, F*ck them, Forget them. As well as the term "Devil's Triangle." Perhaps Sen. Grassley can ask him. #Basta 4:49 AM - Sep 24, 2018
In yet another tweet, Avenatti said that his client is not Deborah Ramirez, the former college classmate of Kavanaugh's whose sexual misconduct claim against the judge was published by The New Yorker Sunday night. But there is an anecdote in that story that relates to Avenatti's claim. The New Yorkerquotes an ex-girlfiend of Judge's who said he told her a story that mirrors the allegations Avenatti is making. Prior to his more explicit tweet Sunday, Avenatti teased new dirt on the 53-year-old Kavanaugh. On Saturday, he tweeted that all "indications are that Dr. Ford is not alone," a reference to Christine Ford, who says Kavanaugh attempted to rape her at party when they were in high school. He followed that Sunday morning with a tweet that said, "What happens at Georgetown Prep does not stay at Georgetown Prep." Kavanagh was a student at the elite private school at the time of the alleged incident with Ford.

Sens. Orrin Hatch (R-UT), Mike Lee (R-UT), Jeff Flake (R-AZ), and Mike Crapo (R-ID), all members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, are all members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints [Mormons]. Mormons represent only 2% of the US population, except in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, and Wyoming. In Utah [their 'Jerusalem'] they are 67% of the population - and the reason the NSA put its storage facility for ALL stolen electronic data on everyone there. They are grossly over-represented in the intelligence services covert divisions and their religion puts men way, way over women - along with other ultra conservative views. They do not believe in women's right to an abortion, do not believe that non-whites 'go to heaven', do not believe in equality of any kind, do not believe in evolution, etc. et al. Why are they over-represented on the committee that appoints Supreme Court Judges?! Conservative Catholics are also over-represented on the Court already and would be even more so if Kavanaugh was appointed..... Hey, Harry Dean, what say you on this?

Kavanaugh is now using the 'virgin defense' against his accusers. A fourth once may be forthcoming in the next day or two.....

A third woman, Julie Swetnick, came forward this week to accuse Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexually predatory behavior in the early 1980s, according to a sworn affidavit released by her attorney, Michael Avenatti. The development puts increased pressure on Kavanaugh's friend, Mark Judge, who has become entangled in the allegations over the past two weeks due to his close friendship with Kavanaugh during that time period. Critics say Judge holds crucial information about the assaults that he has otherwise withheld from authorities and lawmakers, and should be subpoenaed to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify about what he knows. The Senate has so far declined to act on those suggestions. The latest accusations are damning for both men. Swetnick's sworn affidavit claims Kavanaugh, as a teenager, would drink excessively, physically assault women at parties by "grinding" up against them without their consent, and "spike" the punch at parties "so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and the ability to say no.'"
Below is my correspondence to Mr. Davis of moments ago, together with a sworn declaration from my client. We demand an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations. Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation. 4:42 PM - Sep 26, 2018
The most disturbing allegation in Swetnick's affidavit places Kavanaugh and Judge among a group of men who would allegedly gang or "train" rape vulnerable or drugged women at those house parties, which typically took place at "Beach Week" in Ocean City, Maryland. "I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their turn' with a girl outside the room," Swetnick wrote. And in 1982, according to Swetnick, she became the victim of one of these gang rapes, one which she claims Kavanaugh and Judge were present for. "During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me," she said. "I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking." Judge's ex-girlfriend, Elizabeth Rasor, previously described an attack similar to the one in Swetnick's affidavit, during an interview with The New Yorker. Rasor told the outlet Judge had once "told her ashamedly" that he and other boys "[took] turns having sex with a drunk woman" when they were in high school. "Rasor said that Judge seemed to regard it as fully consensual. She said that Judge did not name others involved in the incident, and she has no knowledge that Kavanaugh participated," the outlet wrote. Kavanaugh calendar appears to line up with third accuser's Beach Week' claims
[/URL] Judge, Kavanaugh's Georgetown Preparatory School friend, is described in the affidavit as being "attached at the hip" with the Supreme Court nominee. Swetnick said she believed Judge therefore had crucial knowledge of the alleged assaults Kavanaugh committed. "There is no doubt in my mind that Mark Judge has significant information regarding the conduct of Brett Kavanaugh during the 1980s, especially as it relates to women," she wrote. Judge's name was first mentioned by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, the first woman to come out publicly with allegations of sexual assault against Kavanaugh. Ford, who also goes by "Blasey" professionally, claims Judge was in the room when Kavanaugh forced himself on top of her at a house party and attempted to rape her, placing his hand over her mouth to mute her screams. According to the Washington Post, Judge has been "holed up" in a Delaware beach house to avoid media scrutiny and has so far refused to comment on any of the allegations against Kavanaugh, apart from claiming he has "no memory" of Kavanaugh ever acting inappropriately. After Avenatti released Swetnick's affidavit Wednesday, he accused Republicans of "hiding" Judge. "They are hiding Mark Judge from the American people," Avenatti said on The ViewWednesday. "And I can assure you if he had positive things to say about this time period, and positive things to say about Brett Kavanaugh's conduct, we would have heard from him." In a tweet earlier Wednesday morning, Avenatti was more adamant. "We demand an immediate FBI investigation into the allegations," he wrote. "Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation." On Capitol Hill, Democrats had begun pressuring the committee to subpoena Judge long before the latest accusations were leveled. "We need to take the time to gather all of the facts around these allegations. That means we need to also hear from Mark Judge. The Judiciary Committee should subpoena him if he refuses to testify," Alabama Sen. Doug Jones (D) tweeted last week. Judge issued a statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee last week through his lawyer, saying, "I did not ask to be involved in this matter, nor did anyone ask me to be involved. I have no more information to offer to the committee, and I do not wish to speak publicly regarding the incidents described in Dr. Ford's letter." Judge's lawyer on Wednesday told Mother Jones he denied these latest allegations but won't discuss them publicly until the Kavanaugh confirmation process ends. The Senate is currently set to hear Kavanaugh and Ford's testimonies on Thursday. A confirmation vote has been scheduled for Friday. It's unclear whether the vote will be pushed back in light of Swetnick's allegations. [URL="https://thinkprogress.org/membership/?c=cr042018-7-00-wp"]

Trump must just -love- Avanatti who is about to try to compel Trump to submit to a deposition on the Stormy Daniels matter JUST BEFORE the election! ::bowtie::::
Bye, Bye Brett [moral-minority hypocrite]! Swetnick had security clearances and worked for at least two large government agencies.....she's believable. There are rumors of a fourth woman coming forward, as if the three now are not enough to destroy Kava-not.
::fortuneteller:: Trump, you're next.....

There are now 4th and 5th as-yet un-named accusers......but the Republifascists claim the will vote Kavanaugh in the full Congress next week - no matter what. Even if he is confirmed, I suspect that he may well be impeached.....doing that to Thomas would not be a bad idea either. The Supreme Court is a joke as it is now....full of ultra conservative Catholics, well out of proportion to the US population on religion or politics/ethics; too many men; no minority religions or atheists, no one really progressive, etc. Talk about conspiracies - this has long been planned and executed and is ongoing.
