Yes. He and Tommy Pugh worked at the Sportatorum as well at Fair Park in south Dallas during the Texas State Fair. Most DPD officers worked as security afterhours. Pugh, I believe worked for 'Shorty Wiemer' and for the Silver Slipper as well as another I can't remember. Tippit was a regular at the IT'LL Do Club with Jay Harrison when Jay was undercover working the "Minutemen" and the Clan. Shorty was a friend of John Ferentello's father who worked for Ed McLamora (?spelling) Wallace (Mac) was seen a lot at the Sportatorium as well as a few Dallas Cubans.... some of what I just told you was detailed some years ago to Swicker and Senator Tom Downing. However, there was "no backup" for this information and at the time it was viewed as, "Underworld" talk and not creditable as the Dallas FBI had said.

I realize now that it was a stupid question, actually. I'd forgotten that Ruby's Silver Spur bar in Dallas was also known as the Silver Slipper. Not to be confused with the Silver Slipper Lounge near Eunice, Louisiana...
