We need a JFK Wiki
#11
Good news! We've had a look at the technical issues and it looks like this is possible. It will be open to members of the DPF to contribute to. We will need to sign you up separately for the Wiki as well but that is easy enough. I hope it won't be too long before it is up and running. I know there is a huge amount of knowledge here and it will be a lovely to see all your great minds contributing to this body of knowledge. Given how especially hostile Wikipedia is to anything other than the LN view it will be good to have a facility which won't be vandalised and censored where the record can be put straight and the public can view it.

We are still looking into the timeline as well and I have fingers crossed for that too. But the Wiki should be here pretty soon. What a great way to counter the rest of the official nonsense for the 50th Anniversary and what a great legacy we can make. ::runaround::
"The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it." Karl Marx

"He would, wouldn't he?" Mandy Rice-Davies. When asked in court whether she knew that Lord Astor had denied having sex with her.

“I think it would be a good idea” Ghandi, when asked about Western Civilisation.

Bravo! Tracy for the idea and equal applause to Magda and Peter for making it happen. It's a brilliant innovation for this forum.
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.

It is a HUGE endeavor to do it any justice, and will require inviting many experts who do not post here to participate or to allow inclusion of all or parts of their articles, excerpts from their books, research, photos, films, analyses, etc. If in paper book form, when complete something like this would be about 10-30x the size of the 26 Warren Volumes, IMO. Only the most important points can even be started in the short time before the 50th....but it can be a work in progress...until the Revolution.
"Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who writes the laws. - Mayer Rothschild
"Civil disobedience is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience! People are obedient in the face of poverty, starvation, stupidity, war, and cruelty. Our problem is that grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem!" - Howard Zinn
"If there is no struggle there is no progress. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and never will" - Frederick Douglass

Well please feel free to invite any one you think may be interested to contribute. For technical reasons they will need to join up here first but they don't have to post or any thing. They can work independently doing their own thing on the JFK Wiki. It will suit those researchers who don't like forums. And there are a few of those I understand.

As I said in my original post, I'm not very knowledgeable about creating a Wiki, but does DPF have enough server space available for something like this?

Server space wont be an issue.
Over at Wikispooks.com and Wikipedia.com there is a sand box to play around in to get the hang of it all. I think there are some How to's around some where as well. I will look for those.

Edit: the Wiki format is pretty much the same what ever wiki so any sand box will do fine for practice.
