LHO Drove Ruby's Car According to DPD File Recently Found!

Enough proofs and more...but NO VENUE and no prosecutor with the guts to try....or perhaps even the will to.::prison:: While I don't think they actually teach about it in Law School, anyone who gets to be a prosecutor knows what happened to Garrison and why.....whatever they believe about Dallas. As few, sadly, in American society have any morality [and less the higher up the foodchain of power one goes], no one is usually willing to stick their neck out and have it chopped off. The few who do are usually dealt with quickly and in horrible ways.

What was the supposed significance of Mrs. Whitworth's allegation that Marina was at the furniture mart, anyhow?

Per Mrs. Paine herself:
"7. On none of the above occasions did we shop in or visit or enter any furniture store. This includes the Furniture Mart, a store that was located at 149 East Irving Boulevard, Irving, Texas, which I now understand was owned and operated during its existence by one Edith Whitworth.8. There were only two occasions during all the period in the Fall of 1963 that I took Marina and Lee together in my station wagon to Dallas, Texas, or anywhere in Irving, Texas. One occasion was a trip to Dallas, Texas, the morning of November 9, 1963, which I have mentioned above. (The other is described in paragraph 14.) I do not know Mrs. Whitworth. I never visited her place of business, nor did I ever drive Lee Oswald or Marina to that place of business; and, to the best of my knowledge and recollection, Marina was never at or in that place of business with or without Lee Oswald during the period she resided in my home in the Fall of 1963."

Where were they trying to go with this line of questioning?

Also,
on a side note ... I have seen numerous allegations here and elsewhere that the Paine's were intelligence assets.
However, if that was the case, I keep coming across statements by Mrs. Paine that are strongly in support of Oswald,
and that contradict the questioning of the authorities in ways that lend defense to Oswald, some times even a the expense of casting doubt on his wife -- one strong example the supposed rifle in the garage that Marina claims to have seen, Mrs. Paine testifies outright, "I don't remember it being that easy to see. Exposed like that. I remember it being wrapped pretty well" (i mean that is pretty damning of Marina, and *supports* LHO, not throw him under the bus). [btw, Paine quote there a rough paraphrase]

If you don't see the Paine's as CIA/intelligence babysitters and set-up folks for the Oswald's, you're either very new to this or misinformed. Michael Paine's boss at Bell Helicopter was Dornberger, who was von Braun's boss and underling of Kammler in Nazi Germany - came here under Paperclip; Ruth Paine has relations that were intelligence related and their actions and non-actions throughout the time they knew the Oswalds are totally suspect [I'm not going to go into all this..it is out there in many places]. After that mission, Ruth did CIA work in Nicaragua. Both IMO 100% CIA. Not to mention that Ruth did the final act of emplacing Lee in the pre-planned position for the patsy in the TSBD job. She's a good liar and of course plays the innocent non-intelligence person...don't they all. Paine's father had been employed by the Agency for International Development, regarded by many as a source of cover for the C.I.A. Her brother-in-law was employed by the same agency in the Washington, D.C. area. Garrison tried to examine the income tax returns of Ruth and Michael Paine, but I was told that they had been classified as secret.... :Confusedhock::

That all may well be true, Peter.
I was just pointing out that she, in her testimony, actually does a disservice to those who would have him made a quick-and-easy patsy by saying things that hampered the authorities from having hard-and-fast witness testimony to bury Lee with. As I said, case in point, she could have thrown him under the bus with "Yea. I saw that rifle plain as day in the garage. It was that rifle right there. I saw it." ... instead she says it couldn't be seen easily if at all, that she doesn't really remember even seeing it in her garage very clearly at all (as if she could be mistaken about the entire affair) that if she did remember seeing it, it wasn't until quite recently, and I believe she also was the one who stated that the strap was different.

But perhaps you are correct in that, already having "played her part" she was free to do and say as she pleased in front of the commission.

Because the "Oswald" who accompanied her broke Warren Report script and did things that couldn't be accounted for by the official narrative. The Oswald doubles in Dallas were going rogue and really trying to frame Oswald in a Northwoods type operation. The more you framed Oswald with these outrageous frame-ups the more snags you created against the official story like with Roger Craig, Ralph Yates, the shooting range, and the car dealer. The Oswald who showed up at Mrs Whitworth's broke script by having a scope mounted on a rifle. He also broke script by driving. He needed to be buried so fixer Liebler handled that with blunt denials from a cooperative Marina who knew the consequences of not going along with the game.

Most likely, the 40 inch rifle was another consequence of over zealous framing as they went along. By the time the agents who were framing Oswald realized they needed a separate Carcano by which to control the evidence they slipped and got a Carcano from Klein's after the 36 inch carbine was no longer available. Even CIA is capable of simple fuck-ups and getting caught in their own web of deceit. This discrepancy could actually indicate when certain decisions to kill Kennedy were made if you could decipher them through the people involved. "Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive."

The short answer is "Oswald's" need to mount a scope clashes with the Commission's claim that Oswald ordered a Carcano with scope from Klein's.

The answer to Ruth Paine saying she never saw the rifle is that she probably never did and just kept things simple in order to not incur any conflicts. Ruth wasn't needed for the frame-up. She simply followed her Book Depository compartment task. If you're clever you'll see Ruth is minimizing her involvement by disassociating herself from any rifle witnessing. By the way, these people should all be arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit treason and overthrow of government like they did with Lincoln. The fact they are on TV as normal people is just the fascists who murdered JFK rubbing our noses in their power.
