Well, Israel as the sponsor is of course complete BS but I don't think you ever claimed that. Piper's book just rests on one quote from some criminal Cuban reject. That needed to be pointed out and debunked and there it should have rested. But it didn't and the circus clowns played on and on and on....

I'm not sure Echevarria can be debunked since his statement was recorded by Secret Service informant Thomas Mosley. It's on the Mary Ferrell site. When Secret Service turned it over to the FBI they dropped it. That's why I brought up the subject in the first place because too many people brush it off as uncredible when the opposite is true if you research it.

Also, Piper's book is actually very informative if you ignore his sponsorship thesis and read his evidence. I recommend the book because it gives excellent detail to the CIA/mafia dirty bank network intel was using to fund black ops and Gladio in Europe. BCCI was a creation of zionist Tibor Rosenbaum who was networked in with the intel underground associated with Mossad and Lansky in order to subvert JFK's power.

Piper is actually as good as DiEugenio in his dense detail and references. But alas I feel guilty because the resentment and rancor over this is what caused the rift on this site. Though I will say Charles is a pompous multi-syllabic blowhard and intellectually dishonest because he refused to discuss the facts. No matter how good a site they have it says something about them that they would threaten people as unaccountable deep politics lords threatening excommunication instead of answering the facts:

I'm with yeah. Sigh!

Just expressing, not bashing. I know, I too believe in the ole cliche, some of the people may like you some of the time, but not all the people are going like you all the time.

Did look a bit like a self congratulatory club and when it wasn't the heretics put on show trials and hounded for unclean thoughts.

Magda,

It seems to me that "LBJ as mastermind" is also grounds for moderation and more, isn't it? It helped get Morrow and others out of here as I recall.

There was more than LBJ that got Morrow the boot. (But it's been some time). His obsession with people's sex life was also a factor.

Hi Dawn,
I certainly remember that Morrow was banned partly because of his constant sexual obsession. ::face.palm::

But as I recall the LBJ as mastermind was also sufficient cause for his exit. If not, it would be good to clarify that amongst the moderators.

My own view is that LBJ as mastermind is a kind of modified limited hangout position to the lone nut fiction and is nearly as bad the lone since it deflects attention from Why he died and therefore makes JFK's death an unfortunate murder carried out by a corrupt politician. 'But we've moved on.'

I obviously don't need to tell you this. But I am advocating is that we clarify the issue.

I spent considerable time reviewing the allegations and the facts related to that terrible book. You can find them in the thread linked below.

And I've read large sections of the book looking for his proof... The entire book is simply speculation based on his opinion... the Reality is much different.

Furthermore, this is the statement being referred to here....

2-1-266 heard (FROM WHO?) that
Tom Mosely allegedly negotiated the sale of guns to Homer
Homer allegedly made a comment (HEARD BY WHO AND RELAYED BY WHO?)
... so that 2-1-266 could report on it.

This strike anyone as a reliable statment about what someone may have said - third or fourth hand ???

Do we notice WHEN this was supposedly, allegedly said and overheard and relayed third hand?

They haven't accepted Morrow there have they? ::thumbsdown:: It was the 'Mastermind' part of it. LBJ obviously wasn't. Facilitator, yes. Particularly after the fact. But no way a Mastermind or sponsor. Morrow was banging on and on about it and refused to engaged logically or rationally. He is ideologically driven like a religious or right wing nutter. The book supported his weird ideas and so no other debate or development was possible from there to the point it became dysfunctional on the forum. And the sex and sleaze.

This. Some felt it was an op to deflect attention from JFKU. So those promoting it (Morrow, reviewers et al) were suspect and possibly complicit. Regardless of intel involvement, the book is clearly wrong in its premise and those who seek to place it center stage are not helping in furthering understanding in the matter but involved in a cover up, wittingly or unwittingly.

I just found out that my membership to Greg Burnham's forum was actually accepted, but I never received a confirmation email, for whatever reason. I owe Greg an apology, and I'm sorry if I misled anyone here.
