As far as I know, a "deceased relative" cannot be mistaken for another person in a DNA analysis (unless they are identical twins). If a mix-up like that cannot happen by mistake, you would have to claim that the renowned German scientist who performed the analysis knowingly altered the evidence. This seems a stretch.

I am certainly not ruling anything out, but unless I am convinced otherwise, I remain sceptical.
