It is adding daily [and has been for months - and will for AT LEAST months more] +25% greenhouse gases from CA - already a big contributor to them in the USA. The engineers have not even come up with a workable plan to stop it. They have tried several things and all have failed. Methane is 25X more powerful at heating up the atmosphere than is CO2 - molecule per molecule.
