Magda was right: the homepage of Daves website is now gone, because the index file is missing. Individual pages are still online though (who knows for how long). I've managed to download his Apollo-series with httrack, but without index file it's a pain.
Are there smart people here who downloaded a copy of that index-file? And would you be willing to share it? Because that index-file contains all the links to Daves webpages...
