Prior to the actual landing of the Brigade at the "Bay of Pigs." As fate would have it, the real attacker that landed in "Boca Chica" had the same registration as the one that landed in Miami.
The original attack was to take place at Trinidad Cuba. Could it be because of where the attacker landed in "Boca Chica" is the reason for the change in venue? This is how Kennedy knew about a loss of a A4 Skyhawk.
