Fri14Oct'16: woke-up this morning at exactly 12:50pm to the words/msg drifting into my head "misogynist but not necessarily a hate crime" (sounds good in a Brummie accent), with something of a whiff of quiff to it. Immediately, a siren went-off; very soon after digesting that [acheing dull pain suddenly to 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] 11' ie, to the right side of the top of the back of my neck, where the img's of inserted DARPA chips is, & where I've had aches & pains for years & years], I had 2 slow and subtle' clicks to the left ear as tho' to confirm that the siren was specific/for me (clicks to the left ear, as I've mentioned, are very much less sharp/'clicky' than to the right that chinking of small coins against each other, that can be single or last for hours, like a rapid staccato background noise). Then, after a very short while, another, mid-distance siren; then another.

That's how I woke this morning. Quite the change from the last few days:

Thurs14Oct; very busy night & morning; there must've been c.8 sirens til I got-up, all timed for effect; I was woken with the e-caffeine just 1 & a half hours after sleeping (very very common) to sirens at the tail-end of a dream choreography of a new' flat inspection. Flat was as per an attic flat (studio' flats are available, so they're using that theme). First room was very messy, tired, but not dirty; thru' to the second, much the same but far less messy; a very small door or hatchway thru' to an almost hidden area which had all the appearance of a conservatory, c.10ft x 30ft, very bright with a couple of lace curtains gently blowing in the breeze, and much of the room crowded' with what seemed to be pot-plants but covered in white sheets so that nt a hint of the plants were seen, just the set-up & height of them and the point I presume was that I was supposed to presume that they were poy plants, rather than being shown what they were this is precisely the sort of games they play they very possibly whispered' they were pot plants, in that way that they do. Suddenly, behind me and this would be their point me wanting to hide the fact' that there were dope plants in there, a blokie appeared, a scally-type, behind me, which pissed me off cos this was supposed to be my flat & I didn't know him. As I say, the room was very bright, but there were no visible lights, but too bright for the sunlight. This has many of the usual elements of the dream choreographies. They started-off years ago when I was unwitting to them for a year or so, being far far more bright, angular, linear in visuals & narrative' than they are these days. I've previously mentioned these things. So the e-caffeine was strong and suddenly I was very much awake; I often get-up and have a coffee/tea & a tab at this point, maybe something to eat as these effects can leave you' feeling very very hungry, suddenly. This was 8:30am.

So, more sirens at junctions, every hour of so after I'd been allowed to slip back into sleep, or was given the right dose of the right frequency.

It was a very busy time.

Wed12Oct; my logbook says "-Another busy' wake-up, tho' not so as yesterday: DC's & sirens. Clips/shots of an outdoor cat competition by MP's… and not much more than a shot of a hi-n'-dry, broken-backed small trad-type fishing boat". DC' & sirens at 11:30am; a simple clip' of a traditional style fishing vessel, beached & broken-backed. I was wondering if it was a skiff or a dory or whatever. The day & night previously, I'd taken to calling the walls shitehounds, "a big bunch of puffs", cos, being pathologically deranged serial-killers & extremist authoritarians with a penchant for punishment, I knew they'd like that. Later that night, BBC4, a prog in a series on Clydebuilt Ships' the Clyde Puffer' was featured [oh, a cough there from someone in the library happens all the time & I couldn't give a shit]. So, as I've long known, the shitehounds look ahead in the tv guide to see what they can play at, and they did. All very clever' & worthy of auto-ego-fellations & reach-round group circle-jerking [click left ear - >snigger< that's another one they like].

Tues11Oct; VERY large number of sirens this morning' which have stopped since I got-up. Very hi-level of EM hiss' tinnitus RF reception. Immediately as I'd got into bed the previous [ooooh, deep neuralgic pain to top rightside of my head sets-in] evening, a siren had gone-off 5:45am, to opening my book to Ch6, Over to Western Approaches' nautical, but nice there.
Monday10Oct, "-Very busy morning before getting-up; seems likely around 5 organised skits, all loud and clear voices close to my window conversations, shouts, one calling "Mum?" I've had that same c.20yr old lad doing that before a couple of times. What I thought was the postie at the letterbox, striking-up a loud conversation for several minutes (no mail tho'), most of these accompanied by staccato clicking and/or sirens including that "Mum?" call."
And of course, the Sunday had been waking to that eye visual effect, a few minutes after getting-up. On this same day, the Mail on Sunday had had the http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-...stice.html "How top QC 'buried evidence of Met bribes to put innocent man in jail': Whistleblower alerted court that 'organised crime' had infiltrated police... then they said HE had perverted course of justice" story about how RISC Management are an 'an organised crime group that infiltrated the Metropolitan Police', which ties-in nicely to a [fleeting sharp pain across right side of forehead, and then it returns again fleetingly that's a new one/location] ref they gave me about "I like the Totenkopfverbande, because they're made-up of ex-policemen", from my schizophrenic friend who they can work like a marionette (like I've said before, they use these people for fun, games & training, cos no-one'll believe them, cos they actually really do have problems, but which are extremely exacerbated by the shitehound scum). This pal of mine once blurted-out "Chelsea smile"; then on the way home, I pass some teenage pratt in a Chelsea Smile t-shirt- these are the simple-minded games that amuse the shitehound scum; I was long fully aware that I was talking at times directly to the shitehound scum, when I was talking to this fella. Strange but 100% true.

I'm prepping a hand-out for High Row. It's a one or maybe 1 and a half page deal once I include several things I've missed-out like what they did to my mum, the eyes- & ears-on for over 5yrs, No.18 in some detail, Pavlov & his sub-species of dogshit, syntel, my hi-jacked from the first landline, & a few other things; first draft is below:
With all the things that I've written, it seems sensible for me to make a clear set of statements as to what's been done to me and what the implications & capabilities of those actions are; I'm guessing that these will seem so incredible as to leave the reader incredulous, but it's all true, & whilst I'm not in the loop' from the firewalled safeside, I've been able to stand back and observe sufficiently well to see' what's been done for the last +5yrs, ongoing.
It's a synthesis of stressing, indoctrinating, mind-breaking' & coercive psychology techniques built upon the capabilities of the technologies. The techniques are largely stress & anxiety inducing techniques, very much including strategies to cause a learned confusion of thinking', with threats of extreme nature, together intended to cause first a schizophrenic-type state with added paranoia & traumatising of the victim', reducing the victim' to a state of extreme psychological breakdown. This is in large part Zersetzung', the corrosion' of the mind. This includes the endstates of brainwashing, mind control, the inculcation of a belief in paranormal phenomena & malevolent gods',change of loyalty' indoctrinations, & the creation of a state of mind that can be triggered at will; much of this is as written in Chapter4 of book Cruel Britannia' A Barbaric Assault on the Mind', tho' this book is unwitting of the technologies that are used towards these goals.
The book Pentagons Brain', Ch's 18, 24, 25, 26, is much stronger on the technologies employed, particularly No.18 Transforming Humans for War' connecting the mind to the internet, so-called supersoldier' a direct wi-fi link, as per a serial cable from the mind itself, connected to as many people & AI bots as they' like; a cortical modem. They' employ what they refer to as MASH' units mobile army surgical hospital' units, use radio-frequencies to put people into a very deep trance-like state of unconsciousness, enter their homes as they sleep', and implant what seems to be a variety of materials/devices in them. These include the cortical modem, a torture device (which appears to be similar to a pain-reducing device created by a Dr. NC Silver at Liverpools Walton Centre; this device is reversed to cause excruciating pain, synthetic trigeminal/migrainous neuralgia' at a point directly in front of the top of the right ear, & is used (in my case) for 6-12hrs/night, from minutes after laying the head on the pillow to sleep, for 6months. This device (it's been in the Mail on Sunday) seems to combine effects/capabilities; it can cause extreme pain, but is also by location, very closely associated with the read-&-feed/feed-&-read capabilities direct to- & from- the mind; it's possible to project/transmit both cognitive functions & what I call dream choreographies' to the mind. This is in part where the indoctrinating sleep-learning/hypnopaedia' effects are strong; I've had hundreds & hundreds of these fake dreams, always designed to be stressing (very claustrophobic very tight flooding tunnels, or fear of falling height-based dream videos', or sub-black on black ticker tape indoctrinating msg's scrolling across the minds eye in combination to what I call cognitive whispers', which I take to be from a human operator or influence technician' via a brain-to-brain-interface, & also brain-machine/computer-interface. These events' are used in combination to external apophenics' what seem to be ordinary' coincidental noises, but are part of that synthesis of techniques & technologies, to create a deep palimpsest' (I believe they' refer to this as a mosaic') of ideas of reference'. When these dream choreographies are used, that same area (top, front, right ear, very localised 2-3cm diameter area) is subject to a very pronounced & loud white noise' sound & sensation, which I presume to be radio-frequency reception. This white noise is also very pronounced at times, to the lower rear of the skull, the visual cortex; they can see what I see (see Jack Gallant on YT for some of this); towards the schiz- training' & paranormal phenomena, I get auditory effects (clicks, hi-pitch tones, etc.) to words & meanings that I read from books/newspapers etc bank details, ID, passwords etc. everything & anything. They can induce sharp & dull pains anywhere on or in the body, and cause any muscle to twitch or tremble, as these same coincidental/apophenic' effects & messageing'; this includes limbs, fingers, eyelids & face, lip & a variety of effects, short and strong or long and stressing' to the heart (stress/anxiety causes the heart to palpitate; equally, the heart palpitating causes stress & anxiety this is a typical falsifying'-type of effect they use, along with putting something inside your mind which is in the tv guide for a program you're likely to watch the next night that's their godbluffing' effect, towards mental illness the schiz- training').
A cochlear implant also seems to have been used an audio bug'; a RFID dogtag'; a trig locator; ink-free(?) tattoos to the ears, causing mild swelling, upon which they can then build a stressing narrative' of "glows in the dark"; very many tricks' (at the moment I typed that, a siren sound went-off this is again the stressing tactics & underlines that impression of +5yrs that I've literally been turned into an online bio-hybrid/cyborg, as part of a terminal human experimentation scheme. They stress, traumatise & indoctrinate the victim' with "death/suicide/rope/pills" referencing', & wear-down thru' extreme-to-agonising pain, to the point that the victim' is sufficiently dislocated from their individual autonomy, that they can then be murdered by command' suicide, at which point, the influence technicians (a cover for the more accurate torturers') tune-in to watch, record & via the cortical modem/BBI logged-in connections, actually experience the death/murder, and have it recorded for playback at will.
