I'm in Australia. I expect it's just busy or slow. A bit pointless trying to block downloads of a widely publicised archives release that will be discussed on numerous sites and referenced in mainstream news reports for the next few months. A file download (pt 3) has also slowed down for me as well. Might take a day or two for things to settle down I expect. Some folks at the JFK Education Forum have downloaded some of them already.
