I had the same problem when I received my Osborne FOIA. Many redactions.
In the top right hand corner of the attached document it mentions that there is an "FBI Automatic Declassification Guide." Has anyone seen this guide, it may shed some light on
why there are still hiding information from the public.
Of course, the MPM documents are all redacted because it was an 'ordinary crime' by a poor Black man named Crump - HA!!!! MPM's political assassination came from the top of US Intelligence, and was a professional job....but that is a matter for another thread. I have JFK assassination related documents that have nothing but the page number NOT redacted! The criminals work hard to keep their secrets.
