It should be. Dan Hardway told me that that part of the report was not completed, so the agreement was that the CIA would take control of things that were not done when the HSCA closed.

So now they should release it in keeping with the act. Also, Eddie and Danny's notes should also be released. Some of them have been, but not the ones while they were working of the report as far as I know.
