It wasn't Muslims who....

I said the article contained much important and factual information [and which I often post about myself], however, it fails to make a distinction between Jews and right-wing imperialist Zionists - conflating them into one. [I happen to be very proudly of 100% Jewish heritage, though an atheist, and know that many Jews are very progressive (now and throughout history), against the many policies of right-wing Zionism, right-wing Jews and others]. [Jews are perhaps the only religious group who's members can be atheists and still feel and be regarded as Jewish.]

The article also fails to correctly add to the blame the many right-wing Christians or right-wing Muslims (and others) who are AS complicit along with the right-wing Jews; leading me to comment and believe the author of the piece is anti-Jewish. I could easily begin to dislike [or hate] Christians for their backing of the far-right in America, but I do not, as I have met many Christians who as opposed to the policies and direction those other Christians have taken America and the World. The fact that much of the who did not do something and even [partially] the who did is correct does not let the author off the hook for conflating a small group of right-wing imperialists and trouble-makers against peace and democracy, etc. who might be Jewish with all Jews. To do the same with Muslims is a favorite game now in America and, as I said, one could make the same mistake [easily] against Christians. There are progressive and regressives in all major religious camps and I felt it needed pointing out. If one is going to post such, a disclaimer, I feel, is needed. If one wanted to numerically point to which regressive group within which religion has caused the most harm in recent history it would NOT be the Jews nor the Muslims nor Janes nor Hindus [but the Christians in fact], but I digress.... The point is bad people of any and all faiths or no faith are guilty and there are those in all faiths [not all cults] who are decent and against those others; and a proper perspective is important or one makes scapegoats of all those who are members of that religion. Hitler would have had me killed, though I am an atheist. That piece suffers from the same blindness, no matter how much of it is correct - the tone is not, and the hidden message as evil and wrong. Sorry. It needed being said. One of its hidden messages was that Jews were responsible for much of the problems in the world today. Not so. Among Jews you will find Neaderthal types and the most progressive fighters for Peace and Justice. Ditto Muslims and Christians, as well as other religions and atheists. Same for racially prejudicial pieces. Etc.
