People may be wondering how it's POYLE's name in the blacked out box? As I've said, these documents DO NOT get analyzed by me but by a professional who has read and written these documents before. take a look at the word MEET exactly above the blacked out box, every letter that is above the letter's below will match up identically, MEET has four letters, POYLE has five, the box is extended to cover the fifth letter, they don't want you to know Poyle was there earlier, BEFORE the 17th of October 1963 WHY????
