LIENVOY CIA telephone tapping program in Mexico City, targeting Cuban and Soviet embassies and run in conjunction with the Mexican DFS. Netted phone calls allegedly of Oswald.

We have to wonder, like the FBI not mentioning the rifle until 11/22, there is no mention of the LEE OSWALD (OR ANY AMERICAN SPEAKING SPANISH) calls on Sept 27TH & 28TH

We should also remember that the person called the SOVIET MILITARY ATTACHE first... on OCT 1. The NOV report - below - only mentions a call to the embassy...
