Peter, I read your posts, I know you are as frustrated with the RT/Sputnik flavored aroma around here (I can smell Glenn Greenwald from his Brazil location.) Part of my point is FoxTrump channel trolls are not information sources, Mueller is not his wife's great uncle, Earle, or his mother's in-law, Bissell, any more than Peter Janney is his CIA father or Uncle Frank Pace. Janney was confronted with facts he and John Simkin definitely did not appreciate.
My core point is opposite of personal. It is, when the facts are not on your side, do not resort to undermining the reputation of the messenger. I am not a "DiEugenio protege"...the Janney ploy when my facts ruined his day. Mueller is not the problem. No republican in yesterday's hearing happened to mention the Mueller report specifically cleared Jeff Sessions, ( LINK } or that Papadopoulos's wife was employed by republican pinata, Joseph Mifsud.

Simkin banned both Jim and I, Janney belittled me as DiEugenio's errand boy.
As in the posts in this thread I pushed back against in my last post, can everyone at least consider debating the facts instead of shooting the messenger? BTW, I got no reply to my objection to being accused of coming under the influence of Shaw biographer, Donald Carpenter. So, the tactic is full circle....it is unproductive BS. If the facts threaten a posters position, silence is better to resort to than a tarred brush!
