Heck, I'm confused now too. I'm not even sure the citrus virus specialist is the same guy who was arrested in California, who might or might not be Mossad and may or may not be in a mental hospital in California.
I went through the links and info listed in that last blog and everything seems to be pure speculation. For example, the posters say Moshe in his car got microwaved by the special forces, but the "antenna" in the photos looks to me more like the hatch for an APC, not an antenna. WHy is he Mossad? He probably told Dr. Ott he was. The story on the phone call is garbled too, Dr. Ott didn't take the call on-air it seems, but told ANOTHER Republican Radio host on air ABOUT the call (or something), and GCN internet radio hosts Dr. Bill Deagle and Mike Rivero then got wind of it and talked about it on their shows on the day the special forces took Moshe into custody. I think.
It does seem like someone is "sending signals" and dead-agenting Moshe in the US media, but it's hard to say.
The only thing I can think is maybe the CALIFORNIA Moshe is the son of the ISRAEL Moshe. I guess we could try to call him and ask
(and I bet no one has even bothered yet....)
PS Plant viruses are very differnt from animal viruses and I doubt there would be much cross-over applicability to germ warfare, with the exception of agents for crop destruction.
PPS I believe that the United States does not treat consulates as sovereign foreign territory, although embassies are considered such. It would be the wrong place for Moshe to seek asylum/sanctuary, but he might have wanted to talk to someone there anyway. And I could be wrong about the status of consulates in the USA.
