Craig uses a web services contact in Yorkshire to help with the site maintenance techie stuff but his site is hosted in Groningen, Netherlands. He moved it for obvious reasons after persistent issues with his previous UK host - mainly connected with email problems - which a certain justifiable paranoia suspected might not be accidental.
Personally I'm not sure that being out-of jurisdiction is much help against most dirty tricks other than pre-emptive closure by court order but there you go.
