Here is a diagram I made which illustrates the apparent height of a person from moormans position. The apparent height is their height above the retaining wall. This is probably not exactly correct but i think it is very close.

Cute diagram but where are you getting your figures from?
How did you derive the distances? What elevations did you use?
Are you marking only the front edge of the retaining wall?
How high is Mary Moorman's camera lens above the ground?
What map are you using. Show us the overhead view.
