Same in Chile. Not one of Pinochet's laws has been changed. They are still using his constitution. Bachelet could have done ANYTHING when she was elected. So many had so much hope for her (sound familiar?) Theywere desperate for change but she has done NOTHING and has actually used these laws and anti-terrorism laws against workers, students and indigenous people.
