Yes, a well-hung jury! Of course, the real reason is that Judyth has been attacked for allegedly claiming that LHO was uncircumcised, which brought attention to his member, since the coroner had said he was. Even Jack has said that, looking at the photos, he thought he looked uncircumcised. And one thing led to another . . . . (Now return to the first post again.)

If LHO had gone to trial, his member may have been introduced into evidence. One can only speculate as to the likelihood of such evidence standing up in court.
It may have led to a hung jury, but again, that's just a guess.
