Is Elena Kagan related to prominent neo-cons?

Besides never having served as a judge nor trial lawyer,
Kagan has many "interesting connections" to the power
structure. And I have not seen mentioned by anyone the
obvious politically incorrect question, is she Jewish? Given
the great suspicions that Israel has fingers in every pie, why
is this question not answered?

I suspect the person behind her is David Rockefeller, the
master puppeteer, just as he is the creator (via his stooge
Zbig) of the Obama puppet.
