Two bottles!
Seriously Charlie, couldn't you have dispatched one to you friend here in the UK and we could have enacted the same rituals and become mellow together.
1985 Margaux! My heart bleeds in despair and envy.

Isn't "Justice" a small unoccupied island off the Sandwich Islands in the Pacific adjacent to Pitcairn? I would dearly love to see it grow, prosper and take on the role of global honest cop and prosecuting authority and to put al the nasties behind bars -- but sadly man's nature will first have to undergo a much needed and intensive surgical bypass operation before that can happen.
Until the Collective Shadow is tackled by each of us that bypass surgery will remain a dream. As indeed will real justice.

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
